How often does MP crash for you and any tips for avoiding it? [PC]

My pc crashes rarely,but I am loosing connection to the servers quiet often.

so after the origin update I started getting crashes every game, I tested disabling origin in game overlay, that extended it to every other game,

then I googled the error number and came up with a post from back in 2011 where a network stack produced that and it was down to a browser helper object, so I went to bho remover checked and I had skype click to call and mcafee safe search enabled.

I disabled both restarted the pc then started up multiplayer, managed to play through 6 games without a crash

I expect that you guys will find similar results and that its a conflict with a BHO not releasing a memory address that the cpu thinks is free and frostebite trys to use which then causes the crash, no doubt that is a flexibility with the game engine issue, but it seems too common for it to be anything else lol

I can assure you guys, CTD is not PC only. XBONE'er here and it happens so frequently I don't even bother with consumables and cartwheel when I do manage to extract.

While I agree that sounds plausible, it's just conjecture without the failing stack. Did you get it by any chance? I personally just get booted back to Windows. Also, I am interested, why do you think it's a BHO (apart from the post from 2011)? Aren't BHOs pretty much only used by IE only? What would Skype or mcafee do with a BHO?

Ah, get it, you mean browser add ons in general. That definitely seems like a good direction for our investigation.  

I think I got one crash once but I'm not sure.

Performance is very bad tough, unlesss you don't mind stuttering. It's the weirdest thing. I can make it run at 100 fps but it will still stutter when assets are loading in. I try to snipe something and one of the teammates will activate a power at that time and game will stutter, I miss my shot. It's crazy how the smallest things make it stutter.

I just realized something. Maybe the reason we got such long cooldowns on powers is because of bad performance.

This is exactly what I experience.  In fact, the last crash was in a game with zero lag.  No issues at all, then BAM!  Hard crash to xbone home screen.  I've had other matches with atrocious lag but I manage to extract.

I'm lucky I had tons of crashes to desktop in DAI and had 0 so far in MEA after like 90ish hours.
