The others are straightforward enough... shield recharge delay, etc.
As far as I know, health only regenerates between waves, and it regens to full instantly. Clearly I'm missing something.

each race/class has a different regen threshold covering speed and amount; krogan the highest, salarian the lowest

You regen Health based on the difficulty you play on - so your Bronze'ness is showing. (Full at bronze, half at silver, 25% at gold) Just kidding, we love you anyway.  As noted, it changes how fast you start regen'ing your Health while running about. Typically you will be able to regen up to about 30% Health, although this will vary across the species and classes. |
