Missing Pre-Order Items for PC retail version?

There is no code.

All the preorder items are delivered to your stateroom on the Tempest.

You just have to progress to the part of the game where you get the Tempest to access them.

Edit - except for the Pyjack, it gets delivered to the docking area but you get an email and subsequent quest journal entry.
