That's it. I'm not doing any that have this modifier on it anymore. I'll be sending strike teams. Honestly, two swipes of a mookie's paw and I'm dead. As an aside, can you land in an Apex match if you were looking for a regular match? I feel like when I try to do Apex missions I end up with people who weren't looking for Apex and are completely unaware of the modifiers and don't understand why they're dropping a lot.

Yes, searching for random matches will land you in lobbies that are APEX missions. So if people don't look at the sidebar, it's entirely likely that there are plenty of scrubs playing who have no idea that they're on a mission with modifiers.

Honestly I always send my Strike Teams to do the APEX Missions. The extra Mission Funds are what I'm after. A Gold APEX awards 10% extra credits... that's another, what, 5k credits? Whoopee.

I know what you mean I joined a on going mission last night and it was on wave 7 at first i was like awesome. Then a cloaked dog oneshot me and I and the rest of my team and I was like yea i'm just gunna leave while I have no time invested in this match. |

Human Sentinel's Barricade with 6b Electric Defense is a hard counter to dogs. It will also stop KroBros. So plop one down on this type of mission and just laugh as you shoot them to death while they dance around being shocked.

Lvl 20 melee builds with boosters tend to OHK the dogs on lower difficulties before they get to paw you.  |

Is this the bronze one with 1000% enemey melee damage bonus?
I did it once with PuG and it was really fun because crow control of Human Adept came into super importance because I protected everyone from dog creatures using my powers. haha
Mission success.. but I don`t do these again because I have 4 strike team that can do all Apex missions for me.

I played a couple of long games of this last night with unclemonster. It should be called "Cloaked murder dogs from hell." Yeah it was pretty brutal. Thank you so much for the co-carry with my "B squad" team. My buddy never played plat before and at 1000 apex, he had no weapons or characters. Wednesday is carry night. Rest of nights are much smoother! YOU ARE AS GOOD AS ADVERTISED! Also, you were much, much cooler than I expected.  |

I totally forgot we were playing Apex mission... and Saboteur one shot kill me once with elbow hit.. lol The running Krogan headbutts were the best...instant death! I was also caught off guard by Ascedant.. I never seen them grabbing for sync-kill so fast. It must be different in Platinum. They were starting Sync-kill before they finish teleporting... lol |

these days i only play apex missions if it's the empty resupply, or a weapon modifier (pistol skirmish, ar skirmish, etc). everything else gets a strike team.

Get my character all set up, enter lobby. See its an apex mission which is totally out of line with the character and weapons I have. Leave lobby, try again, same lobby. Yeah, I think the MEA side couldn't handle 2 different games going on from the same location. I have great internet (600MB connection) and typically never have any issues. Our PSN party chat is always a good time. |
