Turian havoc trooper is not that good

Nothing. In some cases the hover can work out. When you have a vanguard and position yourself far back so you aren't the primary target. Letting you look over edges and stuff. Still feel the Turian solder is the best one.

It's the first kit I leveled to 20 (and haven't bothered with since). The hovering part is nice, but just like in ME3, that extra resistance doesn't matter that much beyond bronze, since she still seems to be made of glass.
And I didn't spec into Flak Cannon since everyone says it's not so great.
Turbocharge is great but not unique to the Havok trooper.

Human soldier is not a glass cannon. Plenty of damage resistance when in cover to keep on fighting.

It's good with a Vanquisher. The other user that created the thread Turian killing machine is using a Vanquisher.

I don't get it at all. It's called the Havoc and yet it doesn't have havoc strike, It does no more weapon damage than the TSol and it's less durable. Surely you spec for weapon damage so it's incinerate will be crap compared to engineers. Finally for the cherry on top it has a crap krogan power because reasons. I reckon it was supposed to have havoc strike but it was cut at the last minute due to issues with it. The only build I could image working right now is maxing out Incinerate and detonating Incendiary Ammo explosions with a Supercharged Revenant but even that sounds pretty meh for a rare card.

It's not worthy of a rare card atm. I'd update it to bring it up to standard by patching in havoc strike because right now I have this character at VIII and I'm skipping it because I can't justify using it instead of the TSol. Shield Boost instead of Flak Cannon even at rank 1 would give it enough durability to be viable as a melee-orientated tech vanguard.

Because it's clearly not the turian havok. Thats why.

The HS is currently one of the best kits in the game.

Yeah I prefer the turian soldier. Its the only kit I have leveled very high.
