Drack-Vetra for the combination of both their banter and their behaviour in combat. Drack-PeeBee had some good chats, but PeeBee loses out since she died a little too often.

Peebee-Vetra are one of the best pairings for combat. They both apply debuffs on enemies that increases the damage they take. Dialog and narrative wise I like Jaal-Peebee since they have more to say about the Angara and Remanent than the others.

Thanks to the idiot allied AI in the game, Drack is the useful one. The +1 is for flavor and dialogue. Though I have found an excellent niche for Vetra in Architect-hunting.

Cora/Drack, though honestly I wish he'd shut up in battle. I sort of wish Peebee were a "true" asari in that she used biotics. She works well on a lot of missions for RP reasons.
EDIT: Just noticed I can select up to 15 answers. I think that's a bit overdone. Maybe limit to 2? Otherwise, I could justify every combination and probably so could everyone else.
