Next up, I'd like to see them remove the "zoom-in, zoom-out" thing in Galaxy Map

I really don't understand why this is there in the first place aside from the fact that the "zoom-in" view it makes first upon arriving seems like there should be a menu that is invisible and skipped over when it goes into orbital "scanning" view. You know, you can imagine this menu from the trilogy, right?

The closest example I can give in case you don't know what I mean by "invisible menu" is Action Mode in ME3. There's still technically an invisible dialogue wheel there, but you just don't see it because the choices are locked in and the check to make it appear are skipped essentially.

I hope now that they've made skipping the traveling possible in 1.05, they can next look into simply avoiding the "zoom-in" before it lands in the "scanning" mode. You can tell as you're moving towards the planets in this game how nice it would feel if it just steadily deaccelerates when the planet is visible in the center and then seamlessly brings up the hud with the scanner. It would make me want to view the planet traveling stuff. Those 2-4 seconds in between the "zoom in" -> "zoom out" is super annoying to look at, and I hope it can simply be omitted.
