So, I'm doing a completionist playthrough, except some quests are really annoying me. Specifically, the ones with no quest markers or any helpful hints on where to search. I did all of them on Eos and Havarl, I did one on Voeld but decided to avoid even getting the other two in my journal, but the completionist in me is saying I should do them or I won't get 100%.
So is it okay to skip them? Does every quest contribute a percent or only specific ones?
Bonus question: Do you get any reward(s) for completing the game on Insanity?

I can only confirm that Insanity only gives you achievement and nothing more.
ME games never gave extra reward beyond that for completing on Insanity.

I already got the achievement by doing the mulitplayer part of it anyway. Five gold apex missions or something like that. I think ME2 had a small "extra" during Tali's recruitment mission on Hardcore or Insanity, where you could pick up the Geth shotgun. But you didn't have to play every mission on hardcore and you could change it just before starting that one.

A few of the quests were bugged and couldnt be competed, for me. Hopefully, you'll fare better. I finished at 98%, and felt like I'd basically seen the entire game. I can only confirm that Insanity only gives you achievement and nothing more. ME games never gave extra reward beyond that for completing on Insanity. This made me recall the insane perks that ME's achievements unlocked. That was great, though I completely understand why it was not implemented in later, more balanced, games.
