Wow, there is so many NPCs that aknowledge what happens in the plot finale in this game. I think BioWare, for once, did an awesome job at making this game feel like it continues after the story is over, which for this kind of open-world formula is pretty perfect IMHO.
I want to just play a little bit here and there to do cleanup work and then discover some more NPCs that talk about the state of the Heleus Cluster afterwards. It's pretty cool whether you go to Eos or Aya or the Nexus, there's always at least some NPCs that talk as if the story is actually over. It makes DLC and multiplayer seem more welcome too.

Yeah i was surprised at how many NPC's comment on your progression in the main story. I actually ran back to Aya and the Nexus a few times after doing story missions and got unique conversations with important NPC's. I think they did a good job with that, and much of the world building aswell. Just the news updates on the Nexus console as you leave the Tempest is proof of that. Sure the game still has issues, but important to give praise where its deserved.

They should've kept half the small side quests for psot-endgame. Would halp the structure and pacing of the game prior-ending in the initial visits on the planet while having more to do after the end

Would halp the structure and pacing of the game prior-ending in the initial visits on the planet while having more to do after the end I completely agree. Almost all Task quests a la DA:I filler feels like afterthoughts and what should've been bonus content. That's a fix for their shitty DA:I formula right there. Then maybe next time they can reprioritize to make fewer but more interesting quests for the main game and maybe about half as many filler quests post-game.

Yes, although ... I was disappointed that the victory video showed the other planets' environments improving, but when you actually visited the other planets there was no change that I could see. It would have been better not to suggest that there was a change.

I believe that was something like a "and this is how it'll be in the future" thing. after all, many characters seen in the vid are with you there on Meridian.

I'm quite sad now that I completed the game almost 100%, I loved the game and there's nothing else to do =/ (I don't like multiplayer), guess I'll have to wait for the first DLC. The sadness post-completion...

For me the sadness is always when I realize there's no more dialogue to take out of my squadmates. I'll keep delusionally walking around the ship, then go to Aya, then the Nexus and then Kadara a few times hoping that maybe I'll just find one more dialogue with someone I like, like PeeBee or Cora, that is more than just a comment but noo On a positive note, I have some shoddy memory or maybe everyone does and I just think of myself as a snowflake, and I didn't play DA:I for about a year after I played Trespasser the first time and then I replayed the entire game on Casual (cuz combat sucks dick in the game), doing only the good side-quests and companion stuff, and going through some of JoH and Trespasser too and the game felt like a completely different and much more rewarding experience to me than what I remember back when I played my first two runs in late 2014. I have such a good memory of that last run that I think it took my score from 7 to 8 of the whole game, and there's so much QoL and great customization to it that I still sometimes feel an urge to pick that race with that voice romancing that character and doing that thing which I never did in previous runs, so I think even when I've seen all in Andromeda thus far, after all DLC is out and time has passed I'll definitely go through the entire thing again. I do think they could add some more self-generative content to post-game though. There are respawning enemies and talkable NPCs and all squadmates can still be asked about the same things on the Tempest, but I'd like those standard "let's spend time together" romance options and I'd also love it if they could end up making some kind of extended-cut kind of thing for romances that didn't get touched upon a lot. They're improving male romances which I assume means they've tasked Neil Pollner with writing an extra scene with Gil. I'd love it if they could go beyond that at some point and also improve Vetra and maybe others (dunno how Suvi is). There's also other things that would be features and is just wishful thinking, but I really wish our twin would be in the world somewhere flying in their own shuttle maybe and sometimes we'd bump into them on one of our outposts or at least they'd just crash the bed on Meridian like they did in the outro. It feels sad to me they're just not anywhere.

The sadness post-completion... Literally me after finishing the game :/ Note to self: never ever try to 100% a game on my first run ever again. Finding those out of the way side missions you missed first time round during subsequent playthroughs is always super fun.

The sadness post-completion... Literally me after finishing the game :/ Note to self: never ever try to 100% a game on my first run ever again. Finding those out of the way side missions you missed first time round during subsequent playthroughs is always super fun. Rule of thumb for me: Always leave out some side-missions and just even pass up some that you see in a playthrough. There's a reason why I still think Witcher 3 feels impossibly vast because I am really picky about how many side-quests I do each time I play it and it was the same thing with ME1. You can spend twice the amount of game time just doing side-content but at some point it feels like more than just a diversion and then it becomes detractive to the "story experience", so my rule is to do one, skip over maybe the next 2 and then take on the next one that shows up again. In Andromeda it's easy to just filter out all of the "collect 16 this or that" quests, but overall the point is that at the end of the game, like in my save right now, it feels like there's still something out there and the game is still full of things I haven't seen.

They added Depth of Field and Motion Blur settings, that alone made me uber happy!

I'm waiting for the CC patch before I have an opinion. That's the most important thing to me.

I like/do not like the end game. It's great how it sets up, but it feels hallow in terms of content. I did just about every side quest before going into the final battle. I wish there were more conversations to have with your squad mates. I also wish you could play mini games like Mass Effect battleship or Mass Effect Gwent on the tempest and at the colony outposts. I would have liked there to be a new set of quests at each colony that you establish with people recognizing you as the hero and talk about the end events. Even as small side quests to give you a reason to collect, scan, or shoot something but with a purpose/story I also wish Meridian was a Nexus size Hub World or Havarl side open world to explore and get new quests to accomplish throughout the rest of the Heleus cluster

I also hope we get dlc that focuses solely on the adding new mechanics and new content based on the existing worlds in the vanilla game. Then get a separate dlc with new worlds/stories.
Also think having a bounty system that you can do an unlimited amount of times or rare weapons and gear that only drops from certain end game quests would be really cool as well
