Same, kinda. In my end still heavily biased towards picking only people from my region, which is annoying because I had to wait like 20 minutes, if there's no one in my region then let someone else join, goddammit.
I wonder if the APEX missions are still bugged a.k.a if you join an APEX it may actually be the mission or it may just be a random game with that mission's presets.
