Nice mix of all skill trees, it's so overpowered that it practically breaks the game.
If you don't know how to get so many kinetic coils- you can buy them from vendor on Nexus. There is only one in stock, but if go to the Tempest and back the stock resets. You don't have to enter the Tempest, just get close to the door and go back to the vendor.
PS. It's not my build, I just found it on youtube.

This build utilizes the damage amp from the signature Soldier, Infiltrator, and Vanguard skill trees. The main reason you weren't able to have all 3 in the OT was for this very reason.
It's a beast of a build and the piranha with seeking rounds only makes it stronger. Definitely a boss killer, and mooks are almost laughable with it.
The gameplay with it is hit or miss. There's a similar build you can do that stacks defense reduction instead of damage amp. Both work similarly, however this one still comes out on top for kill viability. The other does allow for more fluid and interactive gameplay.

It has turbocharge, cloak and charge I guess?
Really the only build discussion that is probably going to be interesting at all for this game is a 1-6 or so progression for Insanity. Even then not sure.
