I found out with my new game+ that all the weapons and armour vendors seen to be out a stock of what they mean to have. I also knowest that i not get any armour of drop drops from fallen enemies or contentment pods that located around thw world you can land on. Can some one explains this to me or is this a bug?

Are you by chance in the level range 61 to 70? if so this is a problem with tier 8 loot and happens to everybody. Once you hit tier 9 at level 71 everything goes back to normal. Basically tier 8 loot table is bugged.
