Share our new BioWare fan forums with others

Good to have your support.

As has been pointed out numerous times, raising the profile of a forum is a marathon, not a sprint.

What makes our situation unusual is that the timing of the closure of BSN Prime (August 26th) and its deletion (October 26th) makes it very tricky for our community to gain visibility with the people who used to visit the BioWare Forums and those casual visitors (the majority) who get involved at the time of a BioWare game launch.

The good news is that the 1,500 posts the forum is generating each day are gaining us steady but painfully slow increases to our Google visibility.
The bad news is that our visibility after 2 months trying is still around 15% of the visibility that BSN Prime has currently (even though that's locked).

Most of our new members come from those who visit BSN Prime, find it locked and happen across a referral or signature link over here,
and that pool of BSN rescues is declining as our membership growth slows. New blood is urgently required as a necessity.

On October 27th, we're on our own, with no BSN Prime to refer people to us, and a raft of game media websites proclaiming 'BSN is closed forever'.

TL;DR

We have 30 days remaining to boost our visibility, 30 days to reach solid 'page 1' listings across our key search terms,
else when N7 Day hits, we will be utterly invisible amongst the torrent of Mass Effect Andromeda news that will hit the internet.

That requires as many of us as possible referencing our group (in a non spammy way) when we are out and about on the internet.
It requires us to find a way to enlighten game media / youtubers / other sites, that the 'remnant' of the BioWare Forums are not as toxic as our reputation .

I'm going to use the anaolgy of classic Star Trek's 'Galileo Seven', in the coming weeks we have one shot at being visible enough on N7 Day
for our forum to gain critical mass to be found organically by returning and new fans of Mass Effect, or not.



I hope it works out, we deserve to have conversations that Twitter and other sites can't have.
