Diablo III Yeah more of what i told you guys yesterday Nephalem rifts and again killed a lot of enemies and that's always fun. So are there downsides to this game then my answer is yes there are. The most annoying is the camera when the creatures come from above it's fine at least you can see them coming but when they come from the left or right or below you cannot see them coming and that can be annoying. My second is the backtracking there is just to much backtracking in this game and then especially in caves when you take the wrong turn. And then my final and that's my inventory it's just to small. But i can live with that. There is another plus that i haven't mentioned before and that is this is the only game that i can play on the third difficulty level and still have fun.

SWTOR
I ended up doing Iokath last night. I still hate the place post-KOTET, so overtuned. But at least that is done now and I can now continue with the couple of flashpoints tied to the "traitor arc" which is a very dumb arc. Ossus can't come soon enough.

MEA: Yesterday Sara returned to The Nexus to check in with Tann, always an exciting thing. Then ran around and cleared tasks on The Nexus, fixing power shorts, finding a saboteur, learning about AVP, getting someone out of Cryo, finding some Hops and delivering it to Vortex, giving SAM equations to do and infecting him with a Trojan Horse virus and speaking to Scott through his implant. Also looked at a memory of dad's, did an interview with Kerri and checked out the new Cultural Centre. oh and picked up a Pyjak. Next to Aya, not that Sara knows that yet. Pic's Sara had a beer with Liam, and will have a fling with him and dump him, poor Liam. Caught a Spider, gave it to Professor Herik SAM seeing red after getting infected. Having a chat with Scott and giving him all the bad news.

I'm impatiently waiting for Veilguard, and started a new game of AC Origins. It's been years since I've enjoyed time with Bayek of Siwa. There's no way I'll complete the full game before Veilguard releases, but I'll enjoy my time with it and maybe return to finish it in early 2025.
Today, Bayek arrived home in Siwa, having spent almost one year hunting the Masked Ones. After killing "The Heron", Rudjek, at Giza, he returned home to find "The Ibis", Medunamun, terrorizing Siwa. Bayek killed the Ibis, aided his old friends and neighbors in a variety of ways, and relived some hard memories.
Tomorrow, he's on the road to Akexandria. There, he will look for his wife, who is likewise hunting The Masked Ones responsible for their son's death.

SWTORI did Crisis on Umbara story flashpoint stuff and it's way easier than I remember. Especially after Iokath. A fun flashpoint, since a good chunk of it is on a moving train. I got thrown off it by a boss too, but looks like it's not insta death. Stardew ValleyHalfway Fall. I got a cow now and an upgraded house. Got down to level 90 in the mine and started to get gold too. Just won the town fair display as well. Now I need goat. Completed one section of the community center too. The minecarts are repaired now, should make going to town/mine/farm easier.

BG 3 I downloaded more mods. One of which is to increase party size which I'm going to cautiously use. Returning to camp is not possible until party is down to four. Luckily, it is easy to do so because there are toggles and an extra step to increase or decrease the number. The other is companion approval. Got a mod which creates positives for Lae'Zel. She is after all, the most difficult to please out of all the companions. I managed to heal Pandira for this PT and I definitely feel foolish for not trying it in the previous PT. Pandira is the tiefling who was given a potion by a certain old lady which took away her ability to walk. I've always wondered what happened to her in the previous PT and supposed she died during the journey due to her inability to walk / run. Mayhaps she'll appear later in Act 2. For the confrontation between between Meli and Barth over the locket, I decided to do it differently this time and Barth gave the locket to Meli. I did a search on this and would see if there's further interaction with Meli because I know where's the locket he's looking for. Also did a lot of dyeing. I grabbed the mod that allows shields to be dyed. There're so many colour combinations I could spend an hour dyeing Shadowheart's armour and shield.

Me and Lae'zel have been best buds in every run. Haven't befriended anyone faster.
Btw, the party size mod I used (haven't played in months) didn't have those issues. Have as many as 16 companion at the same time, go in and out of camp with no issue, never had to tweak anything.

Taking a small break from Morrowind. I still have the mainland added by the Tamriel Rebuilt mod to explore. But I did start a new playthrough of Oblivion. Oblivion is my least favorite of the last three TES games (Morrowind, Oblivion, and Skyrim). I downloaded some mods to improve things like the characters faces. Bethesda has never made good looking characters. But since the game takes place in Cyrodiil the npc should look nice. So anyway I always found Cyrodiil to be boring. So the first thing I did when I got out of the sewers was head straight to the strange door that opened near Bravil. Once inside and gained access to the Shivering Isles I liked what I saw. I have played the Shivering Isles expansion many times in the past. In fact I always do the Mges, Guild, Dark Brotherhood, Thieves Guild, and SI each with a character made for one of those factions. I decided to do the SI expansion first and then try to do the Oblivion main quest as the new Sheogorath. Since Sheogorath is known to visit Tamriel from time to do it is common sense that he would not want Mehrunes Dagon to destroy his favorite vacation spot.

She's always looking down her nose at whatever the avatar said. Disapproves. I think I saw more of that than approves and she definitely gives me the impression of a companion hard to please. I picked up the mod in the mod manager list via the main menu. Yours could be different from mine.

If you don't heal her the potion wears off on it's own. At least if you purge the grove. Probably if you save it too. Maybe. Me and Lae'zel have been best buds in every run. Haven't befriended anyone faster. She gives me massive Dragon Age Origin Sten vibes. Feels like such a massive pig headed jerk at the start then you realize what makes him tick and boom easiest bff of the group. And you don't even really need to change your viewpoint, just how you approach them. But then again, I guess I am a bad guy so... ---- Been wondering about the order of Load and Save in games. Isn't it usually Save at the top and Load below? Because been playing a game and the order is the other way around. So I keep picking the wrong option. Except the game auto-saves on load. And there is only one autosave so that is overwritten. So mis clicking when I'm trying to save means goodbye progress. So yeah that half hour I spent walking around, shopping, chatting, ect, is gone And it usually happens in "Safe areas" because in combat areas you can only save in specific places and there the save menu is on the top. Where it should be. So I keep loosing progress when I do the mindful thing of "I should probably save since it's been an hour and there wont be a battle for like another hour but like if the game crashes I should - awww gosh fricking darn it." So yeah. Peeved. But the game is good. Really good. But just filled with small, minor infuriating annoyances. So this is my vent before I assess the damage.

Borderlands 3
Got the one story mission in today. Hunting down the Rogues for what's his face as we continue to hunt down the Vault fragments and hunt for allies against the COV on Eden-6. We went down to the ship where the Rogues were and found it crashed, much like the last one, and the Rogues, and the main contact an 'Archmides' dead and gutted beyond recognition. The gunslinger concluded there was a traitor in the group and wanted us to look into it, tracking down other members of the Rogues to get a bit together to see who it was. I suspected Archmides, the wife went in for the first one of our targets. For a quick second it did seem like she was right though the guy was a 'master of disguise' so was essentially trying to woo the COV. And as we started the engagement Second guy wound up dead and third guy ended up being a sniper. We ended up tracking summonign the tracker, which ended up being a holographic Jabber. The thing tracked us down to Archmides...which ended up being an enchanted little one...and just somtimes these guys just whacked me, knocked me down to six health.
Only thing to report on the weapons front is that the sniper rifle is kind of interestingt o get a handle on. Like 100% crit damage for it is quite nice in its own right. It kicks like a country mule, has a four round burst on trigger, so its hard to line up shots even with it doing the freeze to slow enemies down...but if you land the multiple head shots you can really wreck them.
Oh and side quest where the wonder twins wanted us to kill ourselves for membership boosting and she'd give us a gun and money for it. She actually did and it was a legendary but niether me or the wife decided it was worth it.

I Finally started playing Disco Elysium. It really is a game that surely is not for everyone. No fighting for one. TONS of dialogue to go through which determines whatnot (not spoiling ) The world you are moving around in is basically a few streets in a town and going to sleep will shift things around/have other NPC's and parts of the city unlocked. I don't know if I am doing things right so far. Seems that I need to find the killer in a few days and I am in day 3 so far. I am bold enough so express that DA2 would have worked SO much better in the pretty fixed location using this kind of mapping/story telling, if they deepened (since DA is really diff, still a good game in my book but could have been awesome if worked out diff) out the story the way it was done in this game? Asking this but it can only be commented on by peeps who played the game. Again; both games are incomparable in a lot of ways but they both take place in a few square km. What I am saying is that a game imho can be totally addictive if only a few settings are available to play in if everything else had a lot of TLC.

I saw some stuff for SWTOR 7.6 update (coming next in November/December), and I'm currently thinking of making a nonforce user or restarting my latest BH since I'm not super fan of her combat styles and she's just at the start of chapter 2 anyway.
The catch, I don't enjoy most of the nonforce combat style. Commando/Mercenary IO is like the only fun one to me (and it sucks, ahahahaha). Weirdly, I got to Onslaught on a Ruffian ones, so maybe I can get that going again, with like Powertech so I don't have to swap gear (and Vanguard is just weird anymation-wise).

I go by what the fans of the series say and this is the perfect place to get some feedback. I saw a tiny bit of the gameplay trailer and it did look good.

I Finally started playing Disco Elysium. It really is a game that surely is not for everyone. No fighting for one. TONS of dialogue to go through which determines whatnot (not spoiling ) Although I have not played the game I did buy it 4 years ago, and by your description it sounds like the type of game I'd enjoy. One of my favorite crpg's is Planescape: Torment which was heavy on text with a little bit of combat.
I played it...last year? I'm not sure I actually enjoyed it. It felt a bit pretentious and full of itself (ooh, look at me, my dialogue is soooo intellectual ). The story was decent but a lot of the characters were annoying. The main character being a drunk didn't help its case.

At this rate all future Bioware games will be half done and modders need to rescue it for free.

Awaken, death is not the end here until we satisfy our process:
Oh, how I adore the adventures others share here.
