Oh baby, get ready for not two but three Hammer Mount finishers imposed to Ruiner Nergigante (this wasn't a small crown but it was a cool and painful moment) while hunting for crowns:

Pillars of Eternity 1Paladin Zara party made it out of the ruined Temple. Rather unscathed. So now I got the choice of visiting Raedric's Hold or Caed Nua. Hmmm. Sun HavenPlayed multiple more days on my Angel character and ended up underwater. And that zone appears to be for a high level then my character, but since I'm going around with the invincible setting, not really a problem. There is a whole questline attached to it too. I even had a choice (between giving someone a 2nd chance or not), in another one. I wasn't expecting that. This game is more RPG than I was expecting. About to restart I think, now that I understand better how things work. Also, my farm is a mess.

Trials of Mana
The party achieved their first class change, and recruited the elemental Sylph. I was excited to receive more than one training point with the next level-up while heading back to Somnosa Meadow. I am currently one point away from getting a couple of summon spells for my Charlotte main.
We joined forces with Reisz and her Amazons to retake Laurent Citadel. After a number of encounters with stealthy assassins in the halls, we came across our injured ally. Assuring Reisz that we can take care of the rest, we rush into the next chamber, and get soundly stomped by Zehnoa, the enchanted wall-furnace. Game over, so time for a break and some chores.

Wobbly Life introduced a winter update, so I have been smashing snowmen and collecting candy canes for some new clothing options I will probably never equip. Also trying to find car parts for a small quest. Found only one of the parts on the map; the rest may require fishing but I am unsure.

Sun HavenI restarted and made a Fire Elemental...because having litteral hair made of fire is cool. I'm going to wait a bit longer to advance the main story in this one. To build my farm better first and not leave it a mess.

Felt in the mood for action, blood, something energetic so I put Manor Lords aside and fired up Jedi Fallen Order. I did one PT so this is the second. According to the game, the PT is a NG+ and all customisation items I picked up in the first PT are carried over.
Well I didn't get much of anything in the beginning. I could use with more skill points but everything started at level one.
I've to say though, the Cere Jundra character could have been designed better because her eyes are so out of place in her face. They bulged out abnormally, so frog like that I looked elsewhere whenever the focus is on her in cutscenes.

So this is rather ironic. Finished Borderlands 3. Sometimes funny how this happens because now I have to write *2* reviews. Well at least in terms of a more casual one.
Last mission was rather fun though. Last couple. Goodness just kind of realized there is a lot of the same stuff ahow they handled DAVG here in its end bits though we managed to defeat boss number 1 I think in what would qualify as the end of act 2. But here one last race against time to stop the end game boss from achieving her wants and desires, trying to trap her in the end, running and gunning against a lot of very random bad guys....that all turned for naught in the end. Because quite simply Tyreen pulled off more BS. She crushed the panel that we were using to trap her and hopefully the destroyer, started choking Lilith, and then contained Typhon's explosion to where she ended up redirecting it at him...killing him eventually. So with that out of the way Lilith is like 'well I'm not going to stop her, you'll have to do it killer'. And we get to where the Destroyer is being summoned and she merge with it forcing us to stop it. Interesting boss fight but kind of underwhelming, (more on that in a minute), so we go on and have to put a lot of bullets into her killing her very badly. At this point Lilith gets her pwoers back but the Great Vault is still about to consume Pandora...so Lilith sacrifices herself. And surprisingly I almost teared up again, so again for another character, didn't know how much I cared...though to be fair Lilith was kinda cool.
So Borderlands 3. I don't think this game was recieved to well from my vague memories of reading the reactions on what I saw and it shows. Though as I mentioned from my memory of Borderlands 2...I actually think I preferred the gameplay more. Weapons seemed to have more staying power and the gun play and power mechanics seemed tighter. These were good things especially for a looter shooter. Also have to say the story and companions in this game were pretty servicable.
Where this game REALLY falls apart is the Calypsos. For two reasons. First because they were just very unlikable, don't even know if them being 'written poorly' is a good enough of an excuse for what we saw because I can imagine that they achieved what they set out to do just what they did was just so...unlikable. And it didn't help that they were probably the biggest example of 'informed bad assery via cutscene'. Like Kai Leng was bad. The whole Archdemon wannabee was bad in Inquisition...but this was just constant as they pulled off one BS feat in the game after another after another after another after another. Getting people killed, taking powers, and then being very unlikable afterwards by their social media antics. And then the worse part is despite the informed constent of how much of a juggernaught they were in cutscenes and how unstoppable they were and how it was implied that the Destroyer was some universal ending threat...we simply killed it by shooting it with a bunch of holes. Like I said about DA recently always thought they did a good job of making the evanuris just enough of a threat to feel like a powerful threat but not overwhelming enough where they didn't justify their defeat. HEre though...the releative power scailing just should not have worked. And thus think this game is fair to get a tier 2 rating, mid to lower probably.

Ouch, I went hunting for this monkey large crown and ended up using him to see if I could also hunt a Screeching Legiana. The poor thing didn't know what hit it and I decided to capture it alongside the Furious Rajang:
