Have you looked in to whether Odyssey has the same problem with your Phenom chips? Yep, it does. Dang it, sorry to hear that

Thank you. Yes that is right i did not have my spear at level 6 at that time but now i do have my spear at level 6 because all the cultists are colored red now. True i made some interesting choices as i said before i'm not a family person in this game you on the other hand are a true family guy ... congrats. Btw who is that woman dressed in AC armor ? If i do start over this depends on the NG+ and what it contains i'm not sure if i will make another choice when it comes to my fake father and i can't help it but i do not like my brother one single bit. And one more thing you mentioned a while back that you finished the game at a 100% completion ... uh how ? I'm at a 60% completion ... what did i miss or is it not possible to get a 100% completion when you play on the easy mode ? The woman in the modern day AC armour is Evie Frye from Assassins Creed Syndicate, if you have played it you can get her as a free reward from the Ubisoft Club Rewards. The 100% tracks completion of the family quest, the cultists quests and the Atlantis Quests. Once I completed those I got 100% but I am assuming that includes having done all the quest markers that are black and gold and have an exclamation mark on them as they are story related. Did you complete all those? Re your choices I respect you for them, I fought myself for a few seconds as I really felt I should kill Nikolaous but I decided I'd try and reunite them. Alexious and Kassandra's conversation the first time on The Adrestia is priceless. Okay i've never played Syndicate so no Evie Frye for me. As far as i know i did all that and there are no more ( i think ) of those golden exclamation markers in my game and i finished ( at least this is where i'm 100% sure of ) the family quests the cultist quests and the Atlantis quests so that would at least give me more then a 60% right ? So another bug ? Thank you haha. Uh i'm not a fan of the Spartan way that they can sacrifice a baby ... nope not possible for me to be fine with something so terrible then that.

Damn and its not like you can just change the chips either, cause I think that mens a new Motherboard as well Pretty much. New chip = new MB + new RAM + new cooler + probably new GPU as well, and maybe even a new case if the new gear won't fit in the one I have. Like you say, I may as just buy a new rig, which I don't want or need to do. It's not even the money it would cost that's the issue. It's that 1. my current system works fine so I have no need to replace it and 2. what do I do with all the crap I replace? It works fine so I don't want to get rid of it.

Ha! Well my faith in the goodness of BB's subs is misplaced. Here's what happened. I managed to make it to the N12 base the other night. Last night I logged in to find a Late Shift member had destroyed my avatar's sleeping body. My option to respawn was back at the freeport, L12. That meant I've to gather resource again, build the raft and try again. Not long after, I received a message that someone at N12 had taken over my raft. Fine. I started off again, this time I thought I would go right to HQ, O12. When I was passing through N12 again, a global conversation was going on. A faction was talking to the N12 Late Shift members, asking to visit and negotiate an Alliance. The N12 crew accused them of attempting to invade the night before. I asked them in global chat if they also happened to destroy my avatar's body and took my raft, citing the name. The TLS crew then said : My bad. He took the raft, I know the name of the player who destroyed my avatar. He said nothing. My bad. My bad I didn't stop to check the name of the raft? My bad I was so axe happy I had to chop up a lone sleeping body at the beach, near the raft? My bad I didn't stop to think. My bad was all the apology I got from that fellow. There was no offer of help; are you in N12, let me get a ship and bring you here. Nope. I made it to HQ but admins and mods were out raiding. I told one of the mods that I'll park the raft behind the island. He said ok. I found a pier and docked there and logged out as I knew it'll take them some time to raid. It took a long time so I decided to check back in later. But I logged in to check all was well. It was. Hours later, I logged in again. I saw a dwarven TLS member on my raft. When he saw me, he crouched and then logged out. I ignored his snoring body and asked in global chat if admins and mods were around. I knew there couldn't be but I thought I'd try. No response of course. I logged out. An hour later, I logged back in again because I was having misgivings about that dwarf. I was right. My option to spawn was L12, the freeport. That meant the respawn bed on the raft was destroyed. By someone. Likely that dwarf player since he was behaving suspiciously. I related the whole sequence in Discord and someone responded. He too, did the same thing as I. He too, was completely wrecked by someone when he was logged out. So that's twice I'm s***** over by TLS members. It's not possible the dwarf wouldn't know I'm there to be recruited. He knows and he wants to wreck people up. He's having fun sending players all the way back to square one and have them struggle. This is the kind of griefers one often meet in MMOs. The childish malicious delight they take in making problems for other players. Am I giving up this game? No. the more they try, the more I'm going to persist. I won't be going to TLS bases, they've proven treacherous without the admins and mods. I'm joining another group and helped them to establish. Once established, if I tire of the game, I can quit, knowing I get my play time.

So, I got my hands on an Oculus Rift yesterday. Only had a few hours to spend with it so far, so I only had time for some first impressions but WOW!!! The experience really is amazing. When you see "your hands" for the first time and interact with your environment via the touch controllers, it's something else. I then tried Lone Echo, which clearly was designed specifically to work in VR. Basically you play a robot, which is in charge of repairing a space station. Because you are in zero G, you only move by grabbing objects in your environment and pushing/pulling yourself along or with thrusters, built into the back of your robot hands. Obviously, that mode of movement works much better with the touch controllers than just walking by using the sticks. Only played the tutorial so far but it's a pretty amazing feeling to "float around", interacting with virtual objects. I also had time to go through about half the tutorial of Skyrim VR (you know, getting out of Helgen). I am really glad I didn't play it in ages, so now I can get back to it in VR without it being to repetitive. The feeling of just slashing at an enemy with your sword, blocking blows just by instinctively raising your shield or shooting a bow and arrow with the same movement as in real life is fantastic, especially in a game world I already know. Goes to show the difference. Only downside is that movement is not really optimized, since Skyrim obviously wasn't developed for VR initially. Of course, you can use movements to look around but you still need to use the touch stick to do proper turns or you'll just tangle yourself up in the headset cable (looking forward to the day when they can make a wireless version without any drawbacks). Also, I'll have to see if I can customize buttons. In Lone Echo, using the Grip button to just grab stuff feels very natural, whereas Skyrim wants me to use the A button for all grabbing actions, which feels wrong. Also didn't get around to install mods yet, that'll be the next thing, to get some of the usual improvements and to see how much I can pretty up the game before my GPU explodes. As it is, I was actually surprised how smoothly the games did run on my old GTX970. I was worried that I'd have to invest a couple hundred dollars in a new graphics card right away but it seems to be fine for now. Graphics are not really comparable with what you can get on a monitor these days but I don't mind, the immersion is so good in VR that I don't really notice the occasional muddy texture or low poly model all that much. You may have noticed that I used words like "experience" and "feeling" a lot, that's because it turns out that VR is a very different beast from normal gaming, with somewhat different priorities (at least for me). How natural the environment and the actions in it feel seemed to be much more important than how realistic it looked or how frantic the action gets or whatever. You just want it all to fit together. Taking the headset of after over an hour is a weird thing btw. I thought I was facing my desk but in fact, I was looking almost in the opposite direction. It really does feel a bit like switching between two worlds, I know that sounds cheesy as hell but that's what I thought. On the other side of the awesomeness scale, one drawback for now is that I developed quite the pain above my right eye from wearing the heavy headset after about 2 hours, so I guess this will be about the maximum session time for me (which maybe is a good thing ). But I still might just have to optimize the straps and everything to wear it properly. We'll see. I spent about $150 on VR games on the last day of the Steam winter sale, so there is still lot's of stuff to try. I'll keep you guys updated (whether you want it or not ).

I beat mafia 3. I got 2 endings, the first one where I left town. And then, when I got to the main menu and continued, it loaded me just before the final cut scene. So I got the one where he stayed in town.
I actually kinda miss playing it. That game was fun. There is a 3rd ending, but the continue button no longer works...oh well.

dazk Reading your post I did remember seeing something about grandsons, just had it the other way round in my mind. And kinda did neglect visiting my contacts, so missed any flirting. --- More Assassin's Creed 4. Ended up googling James Kidd's voice actor, since my impressions and what the game was telling me did not match up. So that was something.
Otherwise, it mostly just lollygagging today. Assaulting forts, opening chests and harpooning sharks (and totally not admiring any abs, no sirree). So far I like the harpooning bits the most, but combat is growing on me.
Was going to continue the main story a little bit, but found that I was in no state to be sneaky, so leaving that for tomorrow.
But am having fun. The controls which had been frustrating me yesterday seem to have clicked and Kenway has been behaving fairly rationally. Except that time when he slid up and down the stairs instead of going fully up and dealing with that gunner a few steps to the left...
Also managed to glitch the game a little by exiting the animus and having a look around, then come back and hear a splash, look behind him and see the ship flipping backwards (guess it went in a circle) while the crew spashed into the ocean. Then when it was in it's proper state, the crew dropped down from the air slightly above the ship and went on their business. So that happened.

Well I use my old PC as a back up and make the rest of the family use it so its not full of bloatware etc and things like Microsoft Outlook etc. I always take the RAM out of my old PC's and use it in the new one as extra RAM if I can and I remove the HD's for security reasons and install them in my new PC just in case I need something. The rest gets tossed. As I said I am just disappointed you won't be posting about a game I think you'd really like and I wont be entertained by your insightful and witty comments.

Dobby basically propositions Connor and he's flattered but concerned about work life balance. She says well if he ever changes his mind and he says something like thank you can't quite remember but he was definitely open to it. Edward is a good lolly gagger Oh there are some great Physics glitches in the game every now and then. I had the Jackdaw literally fly straight up vertically into the sky once, poor sailors falling to their deaths (goes to imgur to find pic):

BGEE... So, the third mission for Scar of the Flaming Fist was to investigate the Iron Throne (no, not that one ) mercantile company. Since this is what I've been doing all along, it was easy to hop on board. Found more doppelgangers pretending to be company members and killed them all. One actual member of the leadership was hiding away but told us where to find the rest of them: back at Candlekeep. So, after reporting back to Scar's boss, Duke Eltan, the team was magically transported (well, actually, I think we walked) back to Candlekeep to see what the meeting was all about and find evidence of what they've been up to.
Met many old friends and reminisced before heading to the keep itself, which is basically a giant library. Rummaged through all the shelves and found some interesting prophecies about Bhaal's antics during the Time of Troubles when gods were turned to mortals. Was approached by a weird guy named Koveras who seemed to know a lot more than he should have about how all this got started. Told him to take a hike. Found where the Iron Throne guys were meeting but was accosted by them before I could eavesdrop on their talks. Oops. Left them to their own devices for the time being. Was then directed to Gorion's old room where I found a letter from him saying that I was a child of Bhaal. (I wish this reveal came as something a bit more climactic than....reading a letter ).
Headed up another flight of stairs to meet with one of the elder statesmen of the keep but before I could find him our whole group was arrested for murder! Apparently the Iron Throne members were all killed and my good buddy "Koveras" pointed the finger at us. Uh huh. So we were imprisoned but the guy I was supposed to meet sprung us, teleporting us to the lower levels of the keep so we could try to escape. Of course these lower levels be filled with critters and traps galore so good luck getting out.
And, that's where I stopped. I believe once I escape I have to go back to the city (and avoid the guards) and somehow get into the ducal palace to foil Sarevok's coup attempt.

ATLAS Another unsuccessful attempt to link so I joined another company that has a recruiter at L12. Set sail for their base and then servers came down for an update. I'm expecting a total wipe when the game officially launches; everyone back to square one! Right now, it's early access.

After mob farming, entering random event potrals and dc'ing when changing channels, I finally finished 5th job advancement. And oh boy... 5th skill tab is actually "get yourself node skills and use those you like, but not all". Dammit, options! So being lazy me, at first I chose some passive damage boosters I got. But then I decided to check 3 skill nodes I got. And I'm in love. I don't care half of my keyboard is skill shortcuts, I'm not passing these 3!
Back to the story, with 5th job advancement finished, I unlocked additional event quests. I'm adamant on doing them now, since they'll become lvl250-gated once event is finished. And dunno if it's just fun reference or what, but there's even Maple Story's version of Thanos' snap. #StillTooSoon

No Man's Sky has CONSUMED me, omg... At the same time I don't see myself playing this for hundreds of hours. Most planets are very repetitive in design and ugly as sin. However, it's still fun to land on a new one because sometimes you find a really bizarre one like this one today: My favorite screenshot was taken on a totally barren planet that looks like our moon or something. There was barely anything to see or farm. No buried technology. Not even a building anywhere in sight. No distress signal. Nothing. Didn't stay long but I LOVED it because it was different. The best part was the two small moons framing this huge planet: The other day I FINALLY found a lush planet that kind of looks like jungle with tiny dinosaurs everywhere. I decided to make it my farming base. It's not a garden world because of short heat storms. But this is as good as it gets right now. It's super pretty and so relaxing to look at. At night the Star Bramble illuminates everything next to my home, it's like a fairy tale world! Since we had to use the save editor to fix our game, we've decided to do away with most of the grind and give us resources to build bases. You can fill your inventory with any resource in 3 minutes. Creative Mode doesn't have a storyline, so we're combining the best of two worlds. There's another new currency in the game called Quicksilver that requires to do missions that only trigger once a day. Very grindy mobile phone mechanics I don't have time for. This currency unlocks a ton of decoration items for my base, so I DO need it. Boyfriend has already given himself a ton of money and bought the best ships. I'm waiting on that for now. I also want to unlock blueprints naturally. This tool also allows you to add storage slots, repair broken slots and all kinds of other stuff. I decided to repair my multitool because I couldn't find a better one in game and I'm tired of looking... Anyway, took a screenshot of the new fireworks emote. Neat! I totally love my current explorer spaceship. It's not the very best of it's type but close. This model is rather rare and the color is perfect: I also bought a neat looking fighter yet, the shuttles are all ugly. I bought the least ugly one for storage. The best way to get extra storage is to call up your other ships and load them. You have up to 6. If you want another one you have to trade one in. Then call them again when you need what they carry. When I'm not working on my base (still missing so many blueprints), I'm scouting nice locations for other bases that I most likely will never build. Like here, next to this freighter crashed into the ocean close to an island: This planet is mostly tomato soup ocean, dotted with tiny islands. Sometimes bigger ones show up. Sometimes it's miles and miles of ocean and nothing else. No Man's Sky is both incredibly ugly and incredibly beautiful, intoxicating and tedious, grindy and relaxing. Sometimes this buggy mess makes me want to just quit. But mostly I want to keep exploring, keep building. Playing with friends, building homes close together is the coolest part. And I think we've figured out why teleporters are weird. And why sometimes we cannot even see the icon of the other person's base. Or why the base isn't even visible. It seems that you have to add pieces to the other person's base in order for it to become part of your world. Because the only teleporter he built that I can use is at the base I helped him build. I did see his other base but couldn't even enter it. And it looked glitched... But well, mostly this game is a buggy mess!

So I have done something for the first time that I haven't done in years. Started a game of Civilization, Civ 5 to be exact since I don't have Civ 6.
So I am 95 turns in as Washington of the Americans.
Nothing too muajor has happened other than I think I am taking the lead to pacify the area of barbarians. Made pretty much a bee line through the liberty social tree but also invested a little in Honor. Founded 5 cities. (Washington, New York, Boston, Philly, and Atlanta) and am working on establing trade routes. Bult the Great Library. Thinking about stomping the Egyptians since they had something pithy to say to me and well they seem to be only a one city empire right now. Need siege weapons though.

So the past few days just been wandering relatively aimlessly, taking contracts from whatever message board wherever I am but guided my places on the map I have revealed but not cleared the objectives. Most are farms because I hate blowing up the food silos, one because it seems wrong/bad but two because the stupid NPC's in the game actively run into the fire and die. Anyway did a few but think I'll just leave the rest as much as I want to clear everything. Decided to go for a boat ride and a storm hit, was a long swim to shore after the boat sunk (yes I know I could have fast travelled but for the hell of it once I swam the length of every river in Skyrim and across every piece of sea - didn't you?) : Was it Athena? Its fun to watch the kids play, talk and practice fighting. I wish there were sub-titles for what they are saying: This merc put up a good fight, I buried her at sea: Sea frogs, not that I have heard of but apparently some have a "tolerance" for sea water: The scenery still impresses me:

So got a big ship today in Assassin's Creed. Graceful as a goshdarn tiger I was. The other bloke never saw me coming. The final time that is. There were like three attempts on the ship, but he must've figured : "Ah the bloke went back in the sea and we all know Assassins can't swim, so he wont bother us no more.".
And why hello there Imoen. I'd been missing you. So took a trip outside the animus, saw a nice view, inspected the bossmans dinner, like eat your food goshdarn it. You might be rich but don't waste food like that. Then got the tools to snoop. So snoopers gonna snoop. John was not pleased. And then. (No pic just spoilers). I KNEW IT. I KNEW YOUR GOSHDARN FACE. And I kinda guessed the other one. But CALLED IT! And so satisfied. Now just wondering if the protag being first person is hiding Ze Twist! or just immersion. Either way, it's nice being tall for once.
Then back to Yo Hoing. And excuse me. But the Fort having hurricanes at their beck and call is unfair and I want to lodge a complaint up someones bum. This will be the only fort I wont regret killing the commander >:C
Locate James Kidd quest is impossible >:C Then ironically succeed first try after typing this. Gosh durnit. But now I have dart, which is the thing I was missing most from Liberation, outside of Aveline and her fancy dresses of course.
Then took the first story fort and must say, I'd like to deal with all the commanders like that. Just plop his bum on their tables and drink their tea. None of that stabbing an unarmed man in the eye business. Was also slightly amused to have the game tell me to upgrade my ship beforehand, even if I'd already taken out most of the two dot forts in the area.
Made it too the next big town but didn't really feel like exploring it too much. Just checked out most of the viewpoints and reveled in the fact of how reasonable those guards are. Not being attacked for just existing is such a nice change from AC3. Also think the colors help a lot. Vibrancy is such a nice change from the grayness in my area.
Wrapped up sequence 5. Had a grand time with darts and the story was sort of okay. James Kidd continued to be a pain. And since Imoen didn't appear and my sense of exploration was dwindling I decided to stop the session there. Still, really fun. Kinda surprised how much I enjoy the pirating bits, but it's a pleasant surprise.

If so I never picked that but then again I am hopeless in that regard. James Kidd is a great character Sleep darts are great, the ones that make people go beserk are even funnier when the guards start fighting each other. Next please.

Are you saying James Kidd is voiced by Imoen's VA? If so I never picked that but then again I am hopeless in that regard. James Kidd is a great character Oh no, I'm talking about Melanie The pink haired lady who greets you outside the animus. She reminds me of Imoen after she got her pink hair in BG2, so I'm calling her that for my amusement. Not a big fan of James, mostly because I had such a hard time with the Locate James Kidd mission. And I blame them. And Kenways sudden pacifism. Just kill them all and be done with it. But yeah, berserk darts are the best and fit snugly into the gunners neck. It's nice when those blokes turn their eagle eyes on their fellows. Except one time I shot one of them, he goes beserk and his friends rang the alarm! Which summoned another guy on his perch, but the darted guy was already dead. So ended up having to take that one out the old fashioned way, to make sure the alarm stayed quiet.

I forgot about Melanie!!!! The James Kidd mission where you are not allowed to be detected at all? Yeah probably the hardest mission of all I think. Oh and don't worry, James is an enigma wrapped in a conundrum and you'll come around I am betting very shortly!!!!!!! Have you met Blackbeard yet? He's my favourite NPC?

Once again Maple Story looks me straight in the eye and says "yeah, you're definitely playing other classes". Character's origin/class is not always recognised (try to do that with so much old dialogue), but when it is, it's in a right moment. Right now I'm playing Demon, who by the was used to be Commander of the main bad guy. In MS demons come from different world, Tynerum. So there's this quest that sends us there to help, and thru whole introduction quest I hoped for some special Demon dialogue. I was prepared to be disappointed and then BAM! Special dialogue quest for Demon only at the very end. I had to screenshot whole thing One thing I like about being high level is that I can solo some old bosses. It's one of my favourite things in MMOs, quick and easy way for some interesting loot for alts, or sale, or collecting sake. Well, quick and easy except for you, Pink Bean! How something so adorable can be so annoying. Bouncing on the throne, doing all sorts of adorable stuff while I deal with annoying adds. Dying from my own damage. Because why not damage reflection!
