Today I forgot what I have to do to turn Melincamp back to a human, from a chicken. So I decided to roll back into an earlier save. But I am also tempted to carry Melincamp in a adventure with me and free Baldur's Gate. No other chicken will have ever gone on such an adventure. Shame you can't carry him into the sequel, all the way to ToB. Maybe I'll mod him in, but it's just not the same.

Thanks for the info. Will skip it for now and check it after I finish the game, because I like to go blind first time and figure mechanics on my own.

My wallet is still hating me, but I caved and got myself Monster Hunter Stories 2. Loving it. I just got my little Ratha atched, and gone to the cold region were we met old aquitances from the first game. I'm sure Navirou talking have put us in a bad place, tho (another reason to hate the annoying felyne). Spending too much on stuff to keep my Nargacuga warm, but it's ability to became invisible to not be pointed by all the wild monsters is too useful.

Fallout 4. Vivian took out the Gunners at Quincy and Mass Bay Medical Center. She has a strong hatred of the Gunners for defiling the uniforms of the US military. Plus Quincy was Minutemen payback as well. She played hidden assassin and sniped them off while they were running around scared. Not many screenshots. Most of them were too late for them to look good.

Pathfinder: Kingmaker The King of the Stolen Lands was rather busy: he won the three contests of the Rushlight tournament (Irovetti was not happy); found his stolen throne and the little culprit; ended Irovetti`s plans to disrupt his kingdom and reputation; entered Nyrissa`s dream and learned more about her curse; saved the nereid Evindra and recovered some evidence against Irovetti while exploring Whiterose Abbey; Nyrissa invaded his dreams to say farewell (it`s the first time i got this scene so i`m guessing i`m in the right track for the secret ending ); gathered the support of the temple guard, the old noble families, the Academie students, the River Blades and the city guard against Irovetti and defeated Irovetti inside his palace, who prefered to drank poison rather than surrendering (retrieved the Briar from his dead body). Then the king worked into improving his kingdom. I`ve also finished more companion quests: - Nok Nok defeated the Barghest and his now a hero with a big statue to prove it; - Jubilost deciphered the riddle and gave the Eldest gift to the ghost Xae; - Harrim helped Jarmuld Skjegge one more time and finally made peace with his past; - Tristian convinced the leader of the Kingdom of the Cleansed that Nyrissa lied to him and in doing so Tristian received Sarenrae`s blessing again; - Regongar learned about his brother and his tribe downfall from an old survivor and buried the bones of the tribe; - Amiri reforged the giant sword and sacrificed herself for her old tribe, she was revived by the ghost giant; - Jaethal went against her god`s orders in order to save her daughter which result in Jaethal`s death; - Octavia found her mother and forgave her. SWTOR I am advancing my latest Consular character story at snail pace. Only doing the story, but I'm really not in a SW mood right now I think or maybe it's the combat. Funny moment, the Taris Master you have to deal with, use Miranda's Slam ability. GW2 While waiting for a new "Return to" episode to drop, I did a bit more map completion on my Guardian, now in the 60%. I also finally settled on a armor look. I kept changing pieces before, but now I like the colors and look a lot. DAI I tried going back to my Champion I started a while back, but somewhat like SWTOR, I'm not in the mood (the combat is quite similar except SWTOR doesn't have pausing). I'm also a bit bummed because A ) I never got Josephine's assassination attempt and I'm almost done with the related quest (only talking to the minister left). B ) I'm to low level to get some special schematics out of the Hissing Waste vendor and I want them! Now! Baldur's Gate 3 I started a new warlock when patch 5 dropped last Thursday, but I think I'm going to wait longer to replay the EA...until Paladin or Bard is in. Could be quite long.

Been playin gF1 2021 toda yand in particular the story mode called Braking poin tbeen a lot of fun so far. I plan to hold off on doing a carrer mode for now though as the yhaven't added in the nwe track sye tand I'd rather have the full calendar available before playing. Been thinking of installing and booting up F1 2020 though as I've yet t oplay a M yTeam career yet given I keep postponing it to try and finish careers I have on the go on the older gamesbut I've been kind of tempted t oabandon one or 2 of them though in orde rto give My team a shot. Don't know yet but creating your own team and building it up to challenge at the top I think will be fun. I'm about half way throu ghthe story I think but it's definitely been interesting as in fact I won my firs trqace in it jus ta little while ago at Monza

Started the campaign of Halo 2 for the first time. This is what I expected Halo to be. Hard to believe how much better it is than Halo CE.

SWTOR I dusted off my sentinel today and played her a bit more. I really like her (she is a Chiss) and I like the jedi knight story - it's often called KOTOR 3 and I tend to agree. Plus the jedi knight has all around the best companion cast, there is one a bit boring, but ok and the rest is great. She finished off Alderaan and saved the peace talks there and then made short work of Darth Angral. Now she is on Balmorra, helping the restistance fighting the Empire and meeting Doc. She won't romancing Doc, since he is a bit on the sleazy side (haven't done the romance with my guardian either). I do like him as a character though. I'm planning on doing the whole storyline with her, including chapters and Onslaught.
I levelled my new consular and my sorceress too. I like the sorcerer story more, but I really liek playing a telecinetic sage.

Pathfinder: Kingmaker I did it, i`ve managed to get the secret ending ! Thank you Obsidian Gryphon for telling me it was worthy it! And i`m glad i`ve tried it, not only was a god ending but it allowed me to see new quests and dialogues. Still i`ll be torn between Tristian`s romance and the secret romance for future playthroughs, Tristian is my favorite one and despite liking the secret ending i still don`t like Nyrissa that much, i mean i understand what she went through, all the injustice that was done to her and i do like redemption arcs but she´s also one of the main villains for most of the game (i know that the Lantern King is the real villain but still) so i`ve also liked the endings where she was defeated. Sorry i guess i`m just still confused right now about which endings i liked the most . And for the first time i`ve got the ending slide where my kingdom has became an example for all it`s neighbors (and not in need of improvement that only the future generations will manage which was what i`ve always got). I barely can`t wait for September to come so that i may start playing Wrath of the Righteous! Some final screenshots that could be a bit spoilery about the secret ending, be warned!

SWTOR I finished Nar Shaddaa story on my Consular. It took like 20 minutes to do all of it, most of it was travelling. It has like 4 battles (one for each quest), all with like 3 mobs in it. The rest is just travelling and a bit of talking. Probably the fastest class quest stuff on Nar Shaddaa...at least I got to pretend I was a Sith. Downside: I didn't even gain one level doing all that. I suspect I won't be able to only do my class quests on that character like I planned at this speed of "not leveling". Not enough planets left to be level 50 by Corellia or it's going to be really close...and I started Taris (the 3rd planet in the story) at level 39.

Did you do the DLCs? Particularly, Varnhold's Lot? I didn't do VL until the last PT in which I reunited Maegar Varn with his lost love. I'm also looking forward to Wrath of the Righteous but I'll hold off from getting it straight away though. I bought Kingmaker right on launch and it was buggy that I became stuck in a quest and couldn't progress. I dropped the game until several months later when the bugs were fixed. WoR might not be so buggy since the devs allowed EA this time but I'll wait and see if there're serious bug reports.

Finished Wasteland 3! We got the not perfect version of the good ending. You need to not piss off a certain faction AND make a different choice about two factions. Oh well. We did what we felt was right.
Part of the epilogue is presented as a song, very cool!
Only two companions have a character arc, Lucia and Ironclad. The others provide simple lore bits and banter. There are no actual companion quests though.
We both want to replay solo and get one of the other endings.
I also finished the Murder on Eridanos DLC for Outer Worlds. Super fun stuff! I enjoyed it a lot. Definitely better than the first DLC. The last 30min or so were a bit rough. Mostly just hopping from loading screen to loading screen. And those are kinda long. Really butchered the flow there at the end. The final boss battle was ridiculously easy. But that's OK. When you have a dumb character you get the funny option to select yourself as the murderer, lol!

On a whim I bought Wildermyth and I have to say that I am rather hooked.
It's an incredibly simple style to the game but I have formed an attachment to my heroes that is usually only reserved for AA and AAA RPGs.

WoR might not be so buggy since the devs allowed EA this time but I'll wait and see if there're serious bug reports. Regarding the Advisors, i ended up changing my usual choices regarding them and i think overrall i`ve got a few better endings than i did in my last playthroughs: Regent: Octavia - i believe i`ve agreed with all her choices, i think she`s good in this role. Councilor: Tristian - no changes here so i got the same ending. I did had Tsanna as an option but she sounds so evil and insane sometimes that i just couldn`t do it. General: Amiri proved to be a better general than Regongar or Kassill - this time i didn`t get the slide about banditry returning to the kingdom after a time of peace. But all the generals sucessfully stopped Galt from invading. High Priest: Harrim - never got any ending regarding religion, both with him or Jhod, but Harrim last speech about the state of religion in the kingdom it`s hilarious. Treasurer: Jubilost and after saving Varnhold - Maegar Varn - Maegar was actually good, with Jubilost i usually got one where the treasure sometimes were not enough to pay the bills and this time i didn`t got that. Grand Diplomat: Valerie - i think Linzi it`s better in this role, i`ve always got a slide about the kingdom playing an important part in world politics that i didn`t got this time but i`ve got a new slide that i`m not sure if it`s related with the diplomat or not regarding the citizens becoming true patriots which made foreign embassadors reluctant in accepting invitations to visit the kingdom. Curator: Jaethal until she became unavailable due to my choices in her final quest and then Linzi - Jaethal was ok but i was actually more surprised about Linzi, she´s a really good curator, better than the Storyteller (at least the poor musician doesn't die) but i got the true patron of fine arts with both advisors. Warden: Ekundayo - never got any ending regarding this that i remember. I liked both Ekun and Kesten for this role. I can`t remember if i ever used Regongar. Magister: Storyteller - never got any ending regarding magic in the kingdom but i`ve liked his decisions more than i liked the ones made by Octavia. Minister: Jubilost was the one that surprised me the most, he is a good spymaster although i also liked Ekun in this role, but i still haven`t managed to get the mysterious "minister" slide that i saw on youtube. Do you know what choices to make to get the ending about limiting the use of magic by regular citizens preventing magical incidents or the one about the minister securing the state from other kingdoms spies? Here`s the ending slides that i`ve got this time regarding the kingdom: Regarding the DLCs i`ve played both Varnhold's Lot and the Wildcards and i`ve also reunited Maegar Varn with his lost love, i like this ending for him. . The only DLC that i don`t have it`s Beneath the Stolen Lands. As for Wrath of the Righteous, it was the first time in my life and the only one so far that i backed a game and supposedly i`ll get my digital copy from them on release day, if so i don`t think i`ll be able to resist not trying the game that day but i hope it`s not the buggy mess that i keep hearing that Kingmaker was on release. Also i`m sorry if my post it`s somewhat confusing but english it`s not my first language and sometimes i struggle in writing long posts without murdering the english language .

Took a week vacation away from the powerful desktop PC. Took the chance to do a first run of the enhanced editions of BG1 and BG2, no mods. Any laptop can handle it. Actually wanted to see the Siege of Dragonspear, but of course the plan to rush to it didn't quite happen and I cleaned up almost the entire map again. I still managed to ignore a few places like Firewine Bridge, Durlag's Tower and Ulgoth's Beard. Forgot how vanilla BG1 feels like. The simple dungeon crawl is so noticeable compared to the later Bioware games. First time I do a pure Fighter, even went Half Elf so I don't get tempted to Dual Class it. Wanted to be a dual axe maniac, of course ended up on Long Swords. Just run ahead and bash stuff, chugging the occasional potion for heal and resistance. Kinda boring, but simple. I am putting a point in different proficiencies since I have absolutely no clue how I want to go for BG2. So far got Longbow, Axe, Longsword, Flail and War Hammer. Might grab a point in Mace to cover it all and then build up on the Axe and Longsword. Never did a CHARNAME that would also end up being main tank, so I tried to break up my usual companion bias and try different stuff. Only partial success on that front. Khalid and Jaheira were kept for the whole gig, alongside with Imoen (didn't dual her though). I managed to let go of Minsk and Dynaheir before reaching the city. First time I took Branwen in the main group (sorry, Viconia). First time in ages I run without a Bard in the group too. Of the new people, I took Neera. She was fun until she killed my party a couple of times I gave her a break and used Dynaheir for a while, but then decided to go back and get the cute wild mage again. This hurt Branwen and Neera a bit in terms of leveling, but after all you don't really need too many levels to finish the game. Kinda romanced Neera. The other two companion additions seemed interesting, but omg, taking a Monk in BG1 is not happening on my watch PTSD from having my first character be a Monk and feeling as the most useless worm in Faerun. Of course I had zero clue about D&D rules back in the day, so all my builds were a complete crap and to top it off I accidentally had used Core rules difficulty (and somehow forgot there actually is a difficulty setting and it can be changed). Ugh, it hurts just to think about it. So, Siege of Dragonspear. I actually like it. It has smaller maps, is railroaded well and adds good stuff in terms of bridging the story - like Imoen training as a mage. I really like Corwin, might cheat on Neera with her. Safana seemed fun, but she is a bit over the top. Dumped her out of the group as soon as I figured Glint is a Cleric/Thief. So again, I run with Khalid, Jaheira and Neera. Hoped to get the old group back, but Imoen is out for obvious reasons and Branwen is not available. Viconia kept leaving after each good deed of mine, so good riddance, I never loved you as well! Not yet done with the expansion, but I am probably quite close to the end. Already thinking of making a new character and failing again at taking new people in the group Never played an Inquisitor and all those mages manhandling my Fighter need a reality check with a vengeance.

Fallout4 My character would very much like to return to Nuka World and finish that up, but these worthless settlers keep having problems. Not like they are well armed and defended or anything. So I took care of two settlements that needed help. But are we done? All no, Preston has another one. When I get the Murkwater construction site as a settlement, Vivian is so sending his ass there. Get on with it already, you're killing my buzz Come on, come on, out with it already I'm usually not one that likes weird weapons, but the railway rifle is the best. I love it when it decapitates enemies. Brings back good old Fallout 3 days.

GW2 Another "Return to" episode. This time the Head of the Snake. On a map I don't like with only two mission worth being called that. Although, I like the last one, which I haven't been able to do yet because I had to wait hours to do one of the new achievements. It was bugged on some instances and because it only runs every 90 minutes. Anyway, only one achievements left to do, that last mission. Then back to waiting for next week "Return to" episode. --- I've been looking for another game to play. I'm in a witchcraft/magical mysteries mood, but I seriously lack games that fit that mood. The Secret World would be the best fit, but it run like crap on my video card now.

I only watched a few minutes of gameplay for this title back then and didn't go back to it. Is Monster Hunter hack n slash monsters with minimum story? As in; hey we got monster ABC in region XYZ, go kill it. Player goes and kills it, returns and gets reward. Upgrade etc. Up comes another NPC; hey, there's monster Gooblygook in region Nooknook, go kill it. Repeat and rinse until player gets a clue or whatever that allows progression to higher zone. Repeat slash and hack until big boss monster that resolves problem or mystery.

Do you know what choices to make to get the ending about limiting the use of magic by regular citizens preventing magical incidents or the one about the minister securing the state from other kingdoms spies? I always appoint the Storyteller for the Arcane post. I always agree with his recommendations. In one instance, he suggested restricting magical experiments after an accident in which numerous citizens were killed. I gave him the go ahead since it's logical. I never went against him so I ended up having an average rating for arcane arts. I can't remember but I think I may have that rating for Espionage for the last PT; securing the state. I think the critical points is when the player has to decide between two factions, get involved or not and picking an action from the consequences. Option is to look up the guides for espionage. Here`s the ending slides that i`ve got this time regarding the kingdom: You get this because of Tristian. If he's the Councilor, he always suggests listening to people instead of merchants. I got this in my first PT and it annoyed me very much that I opted for merchants in my later PTs if Tristian is the councilor. I think this comes about if the player refuses to participate in international events or refuse help or whatever when other nations ask for it. Trade may also impact this. Religion as well if it's Harrim though Jhod is no angel either. I didn't get this. I think I imposed a check or limited nobility. It's fine! You're doing well. Keep on at it.
