Must admit having played the DLC's and playin gthe gam eagain atm the Legendary Edition of Midnight Suns has definitel ybeen worth the price tag I think.I've got Deadpool and Morbius on board an dhopefull ytoday I'll get Storm. Had to put off picking Storm up because Ghost Rider was demanding my attention yestreday. But I don't think Storm's unlocks until after that firs tencounter with Wolverine in Act 1 as i thasn' tunlocked ye tfor me but I'm hoping it's about to as m ylast mission was tha tencounter which I used Morbius for in that first part to help leve lhim up a bit. But that's m yplan once I get Storm use the DLC character s in som eside missions to leve lthem up. Also use them maybe in one or 2 of the main quests as well. I've onl ydone part 1 of their DLC' sso fa rin this run bu tas I said I'm spreadin ghte DLC's out a bi tthis time in tha tI'm doing Part 1 in ac t1 Par t2 in act 2 things like that. I am lookin gforward to playing all o fthem again though.

DAO
I originally wanted to play DA2 but after seeing the import choices, I decided to complete the DAO PT I started several months back. I started two; a female and male human warden. The female warden PT is halfway through so I am playing that.
When I did Morrigan's quest, I did something I have never done before. I told her the truth. I didn't kill Flemeth but I got the grimoire. She wasn't happy and said she would have to kill Flemeth herself. With that, she left the camp.
I finished the Dalish quest and returned to camp. Morrigan isn't there. I think she's permanently gone until a certain point when she has to return. I suppose she's going to tell me she couldn't find Flemeth if there's the option to ask; so, did you kill Flemeth? 😄
Soldier's Peak is next and I think I have not done the dwarven quest. So after SP, it'll be dwarves, then find Andraste's Urn.
The LI for the female warden is Alistair. For the male warden, it'll be Morrigan. I don't think I ever did a Morrigan LI PT. I always do the changes at the Dragon Keep, bypassing the need for a PT, when I imported world states for DAI.

Decided to go through some old Obsidian games while i wait for other games to get patched up.
Started up and Outer Worlds run, gave the upgraded edition a try but it still seems to have some technical issues so I might just go back to a modded version of the original. While some of the extra lighting and textures look nice, some other areas can look worse. The AA doesn't seem as good and hair can glow really oddly sometimes.
I also started up a Tyranny replay. Been a long time so don't really remember much and they apparently added some dlc content so should be fun.

I really wanna do a NWN2 replay at some point because I never got to try out the expansions when I played it back when it originally came out. Mask of the Betrayer is really good - it continues the NWN2 PC's story. The second one (Storm of Zehir?), which I played once, is a totally different type of game, and not that entertaining, imo. I couldn't even tell you what happened in it, the story is submerged in the background to the bizarre play style they came up with.

I used a few hundred thousand of my World of Warcraft gold and bought Diablo 4 and started the early access "extra". It looks like it might be interesting for the store shop is all cosmetic items, but it feels like they took the pricing from AC: Valhalla where one set of cosmetics for can be $25, but that seems to be the top end where there is pricing down to $5, but nothing from the first set of offerings seems to be worth the price.
With that rant aside it feels a lot like Diablo 2 with elements of Diablo 3 mixed in for me. I haven't encountered any problems playing the game and the queue was only listed as 2min but clocked in at a 6min wait. Not sure what to really add to that I hovered my mouse over the enemies and pressed a button a couple of times and they died repeated a few times and reached level 14. The real end game won't start for a bit for you need to reach level 50 and the main campaign before the repeatable content for the gear grind starts from what I have seen on YouTube. There are also the seasons that will start sometime soon too which is where my real "end game" is for I have a hard time playing a game just for more gear there has to be some kind of goal or quest for me to continue playing.

To the commentary of water cooling, my experiences is that most of the time it isn't needed and can be problematic if not setup perfectly. If a person is running everything at stock air cooling is more than enough a purchase of a better cooler that stock might be all that is needed. The problem I have seen with 13th generation Intel is the meeting of the CPU and the plate for cooling that even would be there with water cooling.

Uh oh. I just found that Morrigan's quest is still at "kill Flemeth". The grimoire is still in the inventory but no Morrigan in camp.
The dialogue with her was I offered her the grimoire, she asked about Flemeth's death, I told her I didn't kill her, she was upset and said she was going to find her and kill her and she left, without taking the grimoire.
I went to Flemeth's camp but no Flemeth, no Morrigan. I'll take it that this quest as frozen until I see Morrigan again later. Hopefully, it's not broken.

GPS fail to start the game. Alas I was just thinking a couple of play sessions ago that it seems like they did something to fix the GPS system in the game...so alas issues keep on coming up. First off hunting down a clue to a cultist and it was on the water and near a harbor so figured it would be good to use the ship. Well even setting up with the map marker for some reason the ship traveled in the complete opposite direction. Finally figured it out for some reason the ship got in its head to travel throughout all of England to loop around...the river does do that. But it would've been better to just turn around slightly and head their directly. Second for some reason when you mark targets on the map it doesen't actually mark them really so you have to then go tag them with a custom map marker...otherwise it will just head to whatever your quest is.
And getting more used to some more abilities and actually pulling off cool moves with them. Was sprinting through a bunch of bandits then triggering the slide bow animation and was able to nail like two of them in a row. Also coming up after a slide to put another arrow into one I think, as well as cutting off the slide to just do it normally. Also not something I've been doing a lot of this playthrough with the multi arrow assassination trick but an opprotunity did present itself since I had to go to a monastary that I had already raided to deal with a cultist. Didn't feel like doing the whole raid so snuck up on him and he was guarded by a few different people so had to set up a multi kill, all but one, which a powder trap and a regular arrow finished off.
Last but not least though Orlog. Had to do it to find a cultist and...yikes. I can kind of see some of the appeal of it and again feel like something I could want to invest some time in. SHame, fair or not, it feels like the game cheeses you in order to win and pro long things. Making the computer be able to accrue way too many god favors too quickly which yeah, the god favors are an interesting wrinkle but feel a little OP at times, if that makes sense.

Apparentl ythe nw estory moe dchanges based off of how well you do. So I think i twill be fun plus given I skipped 22 I'll have 2 nwe tracks t oplay on as well given I haven't driven the Miami circuit that wa sintoduced last year and they're introducing a nwe track in Las Vegas later in the year. Edit actually 3 given Qatar is on the game as well.

DAO I deleted the two save files of the two characters and restarted because I had originally installed the grey warden armours, in the middle of the female PT, but they never showed up. The male PT has barely started anyway. I was also uneasy about Morrigan's disappearance. Her stance / bond with the female GW was high and although 20 points was lost, it's still over the half way point. I did a search on this and it seems if her bond with the GW is strong, she wouldn't leave. If the bond is low, then she will leave and never return until much later. I completely forgot to check her quest update after she left so by the time I did so after finishing the Dalish main quest, I could not be sure if there's anything broken. Hence, I decided to restart. This time, the Grey Warden armours appeared on Duncan and Alistair. The cutscene of the Archdemon did not appear during the Joining and the screen was dark. I waited. A bit of dialogue appeared but the screen was black so I had to close the game and restart. The cutscene kicked in after this. The GW armour, weapons and shield also dropped into the inventory after the Joining. Images

SWTORShadow of Revan finished on my SI, the big poo poo Emperor is back and on the march to devour the Galaxy. Yeah! First stop Ziost... I told Darth Marr I was the only person he could trust on the Dark Council at the end. He believed me. My future wife left me to become Minister for Sith Intelligence thought. *sniff* Ziost is all about how facepalming stupid Grand Chancellor Saresh is. I can't believe it... . I should probably swap to my Consular thought. She's on Ilum right now, chilling. Literally (it's an ice planet). And like 2 months left before BG3 release. 2 months !!!

GW2
Can I just say, how much I love Aurene, the dragon baby? My Sylvari Liya trained with the little ball of joy to help her become a better person and it was cuteness overload.
After that, it did get considerable colder, since Liya had to go to the far north to find a teammate and some abomination, to bring Taimi a sample, to help against the evil dragons. So Liya roamed the Bitterfrost Frontier, helped defending holy fire against Svanir hordes (basically bad, corrupted vikings under the influence of one of the evil dragons) and brew a potion to withstand the cold in the last area, she had to go to find said abomination. The fight against it seemed impossible at first, but when you get the mechanic and time it right, you can do it without really taking much damage.
Aurene cuteness:
My Asura Mechanist Lilia meanwhile did Tequatl with the nice group and Drakkar again. I tried to get a screen of Tequatl, while I was manning one of the turrets, I had to crop it, so that the names of my teammates aren't visible, don't know, if they would like that. Tequatl isn't nearly as cute as Aurene - probably the same as with the Sith: Dark Side corruption makes you ugly :
SWTOR:
My Twilek smuggler finished Taris and is now on Nar Shaddaa, forced to feed (very literally) the ego of an annoying Hutt to get the next piece of her scavenger hunt and trying to free Bowdaar the Wookie along the way (bye Corso, good riddance).
My Zabrak Jedi knight just saved Tython by fighting Darth Angral and helped Kira overcome the dark side along the way.
And my Twilek shadow is still helping Shae Vizla. I must say, I really don't like the new Mandalorian content, not my cup of tea. So I'm very slow in progressing there and procastinate a lot by doing other stuff with her.

So for the Outerworlds I went ahead and decided on playing the original with mods over the Spacers choice edition. Plays better and with a few ini tweaks still looks great. I managed to finish up the first planet and am now headed to the Groundbreaker.

I didn't notice this when I played during the Diablo 4 Server Slam (trudged back to the entrances) but this is awesome!
From Gamespot:
[There are] two ways to quickly return to the entrance. The first option is the Leave Dungeon Emote, which can be found in the emote wheel. The second option is to open the map in the dungeon and use the cursor to select the entrance, which will also teleport you out of the dungeon.
This will save sooooo much time!

So after fighting Onedrive on my PC I finally gave up the other day and decided to live with it for now at least. Most of stuff except GOG is up and running including MEA with FMM Mods working. Yesterday got a few good hours in in ACOD and after chasing down Demokritos theorems and fighting an armada of Pirate ships plus a Cultist ship at the Poseidon's temple site returned them to finish his quest. Demokritos and Kassandra proves she is a mathematical genius Did a Conquest Battle to call out a cultist Then had enough of chasing down stuff and returned to Phokis and roamed clearing quest markers except story or black and gold ones just wanted to enjoy the game. Took down a fort that is story related but that I had skipped it and gone straight to the end of the quest. Was huge Pharsalos or something or rather and looted everything, killed everyone completely undetected. Kass and Ikaros Used the FT point to where Daphnae was, Kass missed her being there. Changed Armour to go into hunting mode:

Dang, I haven't heard Morrigan and Alistair snipped at each other for so long that I 🤣 when they went at it. Each time I went over the bridge at Lothering, they were at it that I had to stop and listened to the exchange.
Leliana's hilarious suggestions to dress up Morrigan is even funnier. Shucks, I wish the devs had put something in DAI regards this; a Leliana and Morrigan exchange regards the way Morrigan dressed for the Orlesian party. They should have. What a missed golden opportunity.
At the moment, Xarissa (female human warden) is at the Mage Tower after a visit to Redcliffe. The party is there to get help to remove the demon from Connor.
