Rogue Trader Well game play is not difficult; I went with story setting. Classes are easy to define despite the different names. I went with the Imperium background because it allows the player to decide on what skill to get whereas the rest come with pre-defined pros and cons. The VA parts are not bad. Not all dialogues are voice acted. Graphics are good. CC is about the same as the one in Wrath of the Righteous although the zoom in of the character is much better. It's pretty basic; hair styles, tattoos, type of body build. I don't think there's any eye colours to choose. Besides, the player hardly has any close up of the character during game play. I'm not sure about hair colour because I didn't bother to check as the default is black which is the same as the avatar image I chose.

So I didn't realise Warhammer Rogue Trader has launched. This is not very helpful, for me, that is because I'm all over the place regards the games. When BG3 was in EA, I played a few times and grumbled that I've to wait for the full game. The full game has launched for over a month now and I've yet to put in a complete PT. 🤣 Trine is not difficult so I figured one level a day. Then Cyberpunk came swinging in with the DLC, 2.0 and 2.1. *sigh* Now Rogue Trader is in. Which do I play?? . . . arrghhhh!!! Decisions decision sI kno etha tfeeling I'm stil l no tsuer whther to start on BG3 or Cyberpunk when I'm erad yto fac ethem. I' m leaning towards BG3 mainly because o fthe GOTY tag it's just been given but that's i tatm. I want to finiswh some stuff I have on the go first though before I try my hand at either game.

Here we go, up to the stage when we make those final tweaks (for now) and then prepare the place for a proper Park Tour (being big is not always better):

SWTOR
I finished chapter 1 of my Jedi Knight, but Alderaan is such a stupid storyline: - How does a satellite laser have power generators on the ground? - Why does you master lie to you and then do something reckless? - How does a satellite laser hit people inside of buildings without destroying the building?
Anyway, Kira is now a full Jedi Knight too so she shouldn't call me master all the time since it sound so weird (but I think she keeps at it). And I'm not even a master yet (JK gets that title way later in the storyline).

Welcome, welcome. We continue updating the parks and this time we go back to JW Arizona. The results, as you will see are very deadly as creatures just go about their lives crossing into other pens and getting destroyed while I was updating the pens. The Deinocheirus reign of terror also continues:

SWTOR
I started chapter 2 of the Jedi Knight and even finished Balmorra, which means I acquired "sexual harassments" Doc as a companion (I spacebar his dialogue make it less worst).
Next stop is Quesh where I'm going to meet a padawan who is an ex-Darth that was sitting on the Dark Council. Since I know the character, I was always puzzled by how he was ever on the Dark Council and started as a Jedi with the rank of padawan (the Dark Council part is the weird thing).
I'm only doing the origin story so it's going fast.
GW2
I did the first part of Hearth of Thorn on my Ranger, also 100% both Verdant Brink and Auric Bassin maps. I also somehow did my weekly, I don't put effort into doing them. But this week, I somehow ended up one objective away from completion and what I needed to finish (special events) happened in Verdant Brink. Otherwise I probably wouldn't have finished it.

Hogwarts LegacyIn the Shadow of the StudyThe quest where Ominis, Marcus, and Seb goes into the Scriptorium of Salazar Slytherin and goes through and deals with the Dark Arts and several interesting references and moral quandries.
So kind of from a role playing perspective this quest does feel wrong in a lot of different ways playing as Marcus given it just...I mean the Golden Trio...we're one smart woman short of this whole thing so Honor did fit the trio like a glove. Plus her little crush on Seb didn't hurt either. Plus it is actually fun playing as someone who is just so dang eager to learn about the dark arts and actually delve and is curious about things.
And the whole bit where we find the skeleton of Aunt Nuctua and I was kind of curious why she couldn't just leave...it locks the door behind her. Obvious solution but still kind of interesting.
For future considerations man does this really make me want to play my Slytherin concept character. Just its amazing how much of an inverse of this game is of the Harry Potter established formula because this story is basically revolving around Slytherin, its house, its character, and its things. Just one Golden Trio member short so you are kind of an outsider and well, again this does really match a female perspective well. So went around and my intention was to go do the next main quest for the game with Professor Fig...but I took the long way around which is obviously idiotically the first time I did it...down to the map room. So exploring more bits of the castle I hadn't with Marcus. Got one more cypher door, one painting, several guide pages and locks, but also most importantly like 3 Daed keys. I'm down to like two on them. Then well...first use of Crucio in combat. And that spell is both amazing and terryfing. Like my god the sound that comes out of the Dual Sense when you cast it, just this deep roar and even a hint of screaming. And I expected it to be a heavy instand damage spell but its a damage over time spell which also curses the target and makes it a lot easier to damage them. This is where this game gets interesting in regards to investing in dark arts abilities because now I have at least three different ways of cursing people. With Stupefy. With Expelliarmus. And now with Crucio. And the ability to also damage all those effected by curses and the ability where you blast people with spells who are cursed with Crucio and it can spread...haven't noticed in action...but Marcus as a pure powerhouse of damage is just really coming into his own.

Rogue Trader
I know little of the lore of Warhammer, didn't read any of the books either. Thus far, I get the impression from the game is that humanity are numerous and spread across the galaxy. The human population is vast and separated into different classes. From the dregs of labourers to the upper class right to the top where the Emperor is like a god / religious head and revered like one. His name is uttered with respect and commands absolute loyalty. This reminds me of the Japanese.
The nobility is obeyed unconditionally because they're seen as servants of the Emperor. Rogue Traders hold a lot of control and power because they have authority from the Emperor to explore the unknown regions, to exploit resources they find and command armies / ships. This authority and power is apparently pass down to heirs of the family.
The ship the Rogue Trader commands is a generational ship that carries over 20k crew. Each deck houses different classes of the population. The lowest house the labourers and their families. The middle, the lower rank officers and their families. Upper deck for the Lord Captain and higher rank officers. The crew live and die on the ship with their descendants assuming their positions.
I would guess that due to the extreme influence of warp travel or whatever it is called, some humans were mutated and gradually attained abilities to guide ships. They have a third eye and possess additional abilities to affect people emotionally.
I have picked up four companions so far. One is the seneschal. The second I would call a psychic telepath, the third a religious soldier, the fourth a mutant.
So far, I'm choosing to be a commander who is willing to listen to those not from the inner circle.
I have no idea if there would be ship battles. I have not seen anything that requires my having to build up the ship etc. Right now I'm venturing into the Expanse the ship has arrived at.
There seems to be no requirement for money. Everything I looted, except for books, etc, can be shunted to the cargo hold. Potentially to be traded with other factions.

I think I got gyped on BFII....The game ended with Dell being killed by Hask. Is that how it really ends????
EDIT: Never mind....I'd forgotten that I hadn't started the Resurrection DLC yet. I was so engrossed in the game, I'd forgotten that it was split into DLCs. I really quite enjoyed the Campaign though.

Sims 4 adventures Got tempted into playing with my friend. Made a sim via the randomizer who was delightfully pink so adjusted her wardrobe in style and moved her to an apartment in the city. There she adopted a cross-eyed cat wearing a floral shirt and tried to adopt another one but it got stuck staring at the wall and the adoption timed out. Then sent her out to a karaoke bar where she got some singing skill and made some pink friends. Went home, had a nap then went to her work as a stylist. Denied a request from a sim to let them stay over (you stay with your pregnant wife mr Bheeda!) and a request to raid the fridge (you have your own Raj). Then she went to bed. Meanwhile my friends sim caught on fire by the stove but was saved by her hubby and my friend commented that this happened every damn time that sim tried to cook. Either way, mine wakes up and goes to cook herself some egg and toast. Cue the fire. Her neighbour was in the hallway and burst in, to scream and panic at my sim. I made a comment that she could at least put the fire out, which made the sim stop panicking, leave the room and start panicking in the hallway with the cat. Bruh. Anyway my sim died and that was the shortest session I've ever had with a sim. Made a new sim who was more of a dumpster diving type and moved her into a container in another city. She started her day by diving in the dumpster while being chatted to a by a very vampiric looking human. And only think she's a human because the sun was out and she wasn't sizzling. But like, Astarion... Either way, then she goes home, takes a tepid shower and takes a nap. Then goes back to the dumpster area where she finds Santa Claus digging in the trash. They start chatting, as you do, and turns out they had fantastic compatability. And after lying on their back on the concrete ground, gazing at the stars next to the smelly dumpster, they end up becoming Woohoo buddies. Didn't Woohoo that session but like, can I really miss the chance to have my sim carry Trash Santa's babies? Tis the season after all. Also played some Coral Island and finally caved in and looked into the triggers for the heart events. And like. My schedule was way off. So managed to trigger some heart events this session. Which were very fun and sweet. Also got access to a cheese press so can finally make use of all the milk I got. Now just need a loom I guess. The Sake seems bugged since it should've finished brewing/aging a few days ago but nothing is happening. Which sucks because Sake is cash money. But there are worse bugs so fine with this being the worst of what I've got.

SWTOR
My JK finished her chapter 2 and got her last two companions, who are just going to stare super seriously at each others on the ship. She's now on Belsavis hunting some dude who is part of a Sith Death Cult who wants to blow up the planet or something like that. I'm not quite sure what is actual plan is. I just know he's crazy and he needs to be stopped.
GW2
I finished HoT. My Norn ranger has two dead Elder dragons on her list now. I also completed the 1st episode of Living Season 3.
Cyberpunk 2077
I bought Phantom Liberty around when it released and even played the game for a while, but then I encountered a bug that annoyed me a lot and that impacted my build so I stopped playing it. But now I want to get through at least Phantom Liberty during my Xmas break so I reinstalled it. I also re-rolled my character, hopefully that fix the bug I had with gorilla arm (but I'm reading there are new ones now...blah).

Hogwarts Legacy Tried to start it but was having a hard time passing my old archnemesis. Character Creation. Doesn't help that they look completely dead inside when you're making the face and then in game it's all massive smiles. Also keep making the mistake of altering the pitch and then being put off by the tinny undersound. On the other hand was absolutely in love with Osric and his little chuckle so maybe I was just constantly restarting to enjoy that. After some time (and many interruptions, the game needs a cutscene pause button because once they start the whole world suddenly needs my attention and it needs it now) I finally got past my hurdle and ended up playing a bunch. But since I can't focus worth a damn I ended up starting three characters and just playing through the prologue with them. Made it through the Hogsmead visit with my 3rd and 4th attempt of a character, then ended up picking the first face and getting it into Hogwarts and am heavily thinking about remaking the 2nd face (deleted it) and just sticking with those four. So the session was basically just enjoying the character creator and chilling in the prologue. If I ever finish the game is a whole other can of worms. The faces I made in the spoilers, since I might as well share them. Face 1 is Wendy Thornwood a Hufflepuff. She was the third face that got me past the hurdle that is the prologue, because basic is best. Face 2 is Elizabeth Snow, the first face I made. Figure I'll give her a haircut when I can. Probably going to be a Slytherin, but like, Gryffindor is also an option... And face 3 is Arthur Lakewood (I like woods it seems) a Ravenclaw and the 4th face I made. Playing him as a jerky smart ass and having a blast.

I've finally finished my 5th playtrough( 4th Ryder) of Mass Effect Andromeda, which I started back after 2022 N7 Day, albeit I played most of it for the past month.
Honestly I got a bit emotional, this game really is amazing in spite of some of it's flaws. I really felt really sad when I finally ran out of all dialogues with this crew, I'll miss them dearly.
As well the final mission is amazing. Beautiful locations, fun and engaging combat, incredibly cinematic and most of all seeing your allies come and help you in the final showdown. Not just in cutscenes or background audio, but they actually come out and aid you as allied NPCs. This is what I always wanted out of Mass Effect 3 and it upsets me to this day we never got that there.
I love this game and I love Mass Effect still.

On BG III I am trying to figure out how the various difficulties work and doing research on them. Not being able to multi class on explorer is a bit dissapointing...however if they are supposed to keep things simple I suppose that makes sense. Just wondering how they work for when/ if I do get the game and just...well google is great for telling me their technical stats but not good at telling me how it actually feels. Hogwarts LegacySo I did confirm that the Crucio curse can indeed transfer curses to others if you blast them thanks to the perk I got at that one time. I say it happen so man is this crap just powerful and I think there is a perk for IMperio to. There really is not a lot to the trials especially on a second playthrough. I am having a lot more luck on a good few of the puzzles but not all of them this time around. The last time gave me some fits though so I tried to look up the solution. Thing is that didn't work. IN the end though it was about rotating it through the miror, there was a block, and a pillar. I thought the pillar could have been used to climb but leftitating the block was, at the end of the day. How I was able to get through with it. At one point Poppy did the whole rather annoying thing where because of a few bad apples, in this case the Poachers for Horntail Hall, was acting bad that justified Centaurs dislike of Wizard Kind. Sure I get it poachers are horrible but we are specifically here to stop said poachers from doing their poaching. Suppose on the Centaur perspective it can look bad depending but here we are...doing something. So clearly its not 'wizardkind'. Of course then I spent most of the day then wondering about my agreeing with a similar statement made by Mariner in the episode of Lower Decks in the episode with Moopsy. "Humnans are the worse!" Granted context is for Kings. Of course one negative I am starting to notice is the combat is actually starting to get a little too complicated. A little bloated. A little hard to keep track of everything with having to balance out the meassure of where everything is and all the cursing I am doing with Crucio. Still now going through more health potions despite Marcus's powers. Of course I think part of the issue is starting to get into over confidence to. Like I am sometimes tempted on turning up the difficulty but just also sometimes have a lot of fun with normal...sometimes not. Of course I also have to wonder if there was a difficulty spike because of the changing of the seasons. Spent a good deal of the rest of my play session trying to figure out how to get to the 'minding your own business' PS exclusive quest. Read it was available after the second trial. Nothing. After Fire and Vice. Nothing. And well had to download a code. Nothing. Panicked I entered the code wrong. Reentered the game. Says 'claim your award.' Great. Nothing. Then I did figure that maybe its one of those Hogwarts Legacy things where you have to 'advance time' by doing more quests. Checked in with Sebastian and got the Transformation spell with Weasely and took a lore quiz which I never think I did the second level of with Honor. And that finally got things going. So. Minding your Own Business. So in the course of looking everything up for I did do some high level spoilers for what will happen so I had some idea of what is coming.
Even still thanks to my wife insisting we watch some AMerican Horror Story over the Haloween season, the first season with the haunted house, I was distinctly reminded of American Horror Story in the set up. A House Elf offering to sell me an abandoned building and keeps on cutting herself off because she is telling me too much. A story about different tennants failing to make a go of it and mysteriously and quickly leaving into the night. And the owner of the place offering me a fair price on it despite it being in prime location because she just does not want to be a land lady. And well when we get there the entire house looks like a destroyed mess. All of this pretty much lines up. All we need is a murder tour.
But yeah so with all of that backstory out of the way there is a trunk in the back of the shop with all of Cassandra's elder husband's ex husband's or desceased husband's belongins which I am supposed to retrieve. Instead when opening it it looks like it leads to a cave or a cellar. So I go down there because this is for a quest. If I were smart and all of these things going off I would close the trunk up and burn it...but can't be genre aware you see. And well I go down into the deep.
From here I make a reference to markiplier since there are scary manicins down there and he hates those. Given this is magic I start blasing them out of a precaution...at least Marcus is that genre aware.
And then a voice called Fastidio speaks. The usual horror tropes happen where the environment changes, doors mysteriously open and close, said manicins are hanging. As a neat note though the spell effects actually different.
And this is about where I stopped.

At this rate all future Bioware games will be half done and modders need to rescue it for free.

Hello, we return to Nublar 2015 to make some adjustments to the enclosures and to add some neat decorative items here and there:

SWTORMy JK averted the crisis on Belsavis. Now they need to go to a high ranked Sith meeting to learn what's the Emperor next step. It won't be an undercover mission. They really nailed the final mission in MEA, most of your main in-game decisions impact who shows up and some of the scenes that happens through it. Actually, most of MEA actual missions are really well done.

I 100% agree with you and currently on my 27th PT (but paused on Elaaden for more Starfield) still enjoy it as much as I did the first time.
