I started playing Battlefront II again, the Resurrection campaign....And I gotta say, I've only done the first mission thus far but I like it, a lot. I like the whole game. The only thing at first that I had against the game was the controls...I was trying to decide whether my Contolller would be better (and it was fir the flying segments, at first) but I didn't like the lack of precision when soldiering...so I switched to KBM and get used to that and now it's great all around. I don't even mind the length. For me, it feels longer than what my TIme PLayed stamp actually says so I don't mind at all. Besides, I don't think I'd want it to be the length of KOTOR I or II where it was 50 to 60 hours and I was barely nearing the end.....or even Inquisition where that took me something like 45 hours not including DLCs.
Looking forward to getting back into Resurrection and also to playing more of KENA Bridge of Spirits.

GW2My Lady Guardian has killed Zaithan. She's barely 16 hours old. This is my fastest Core Tyria storyline completion, I'm sure, and I actually wasted some time on Wintersday and some map completion. Now I'm tempted of skipping Living Season 1, since I feel like it drags, and move to Living Season 2 right away. That's the fun part with GW2, outside of the core story, you can start/pause any of the others storylines and even replay them once you are done with one.

Inquisition where that took me something like 45 hours not including DLCs I have no idea how to get through the game that quickly. The time I did a (partial) speed run for one of the trial achievements was the worst PT ever since I had to skip just about everything.

I just looked at my Total Time PLayed for DAI and though I don't have it installed on my PC at the moment, the Time PLayed is logged as 405h 36mins (through, I think 7x PTs since it was released some 10 years ago)....But I think I remember finishing my first PT in 45 hours not including the DLCs. Jedi Fallen Order has 142 hours logged (and I've played it through easily 20x, because in the first week alone that it was released I played it several times over and 2x back to back on the Launch Day), ANTHEM (not installed) has 176 hours but I haven't touched that since 2020. Mass Effect 1 has 178 hours, 12 mins, ME 2 has 202 hours 1 min, ME 3 has 228 h 45 mins and ANDROMEDA has 254 hours 00 Mins and lastly, Jedi Survivor has 58h 22m logged.
Sadly I've only played Jedi Survivor 1x since I got it....REally need to play it more because it was an absolutely fantasic game- even better than Fallen Order as amazing as that was. So once I finish BFII and Kena Bridge of SPirits...Over the holidays I will start Survivor again.
But RFN I am going to play BFII: Resurrection

BSG: Deadlock Got a bit further in the campaign. Hit a few nice milestones in my strategy too. This is what the campaign map looks like. You can move around and look at the table from various angles. Sometimes you need to 'cause ships get stuck behind the Daidalos, the three-ringed grey station 7oclock. It's currently anchored at Scorpia, which provides a cost reduction to building ships and officer promotions. You can see the little light grey scorpia sign next to the planet, just beneath the station. Scorpia will eventually be the home of the Scorpion shipyards which get nuked in the BSG movie Razor. (I think they mention it in the pilot miniseries too.) Each colony provides an anchoring bonus to the mobile shipyard. Scorpia's is "Military", the others are Economic, Political, or Scientific. From what I've seen myself so far, it seems ideal to bounce between a Military and a Scientific bonus. The upper right star system has that. Travel between systems is impossible without jumping between them first. Slows everything down a bit, so deciding which system to anchor Daidalos in is an important choice. Ragnarok, the white gas giant in the far left, is a safe-zone. Anchoring Daidalos in either of the two adjoining systems is a bit safer, but naturally the system that has both a Scientific and a Military bonus is the system farther away. (Top right.) *** There's a cinematic replay option of the battles that I finally bothered to check out. Turns out my earlier hope for a Viper-cam was a thing. *** Got Artemis battlestars again, and have been pumping out Adamants. Four battlestars and two more Adamants in the works. Have three fleets plus a defensive force around Daidalos that just got put through its paces. First engagement with an Artemis after the Cylons tried to bushwhack my station. Flak taking out a bunch of incoming missiles saved the day. Got around 90% of a few volleys, let the Artemis hold for the Vipers to do their work. Had three Adamants there too but they mostly stayed away and launched munitions. Was a rough choice getting my vipers out while trying to get my flak screen up in time. Had to choose between (almost) hitting my own vipers or letting a volley through. Luckily the vipers made it out without casualities. I also got Viper Mark II's again, which was a big damage bonus and kinda critical to this whole start of the game. It's working wonderfully so far. Run from the enemy and let my superior fighters do the lions share of the killing. Let the scraps trickle in and mop up. Only time it doesn't work quite as well is when I get a mission to defend civilian ships. There are two, one to defend a freighter for 12ish turns, and another to defend three passenger ships that look like the presidents ship in the rebooted show. Long and narrow. That mission is quickly becoming my least favourite of the repeat ones... I have to wall them off with whatever I have, send a couple Vipers to defend them against missile strikes or enemy fighters, and kinda just deal with things as they come. They're slow AF too. The stacked Adamants pack quite a short range punch. Bit more hectic but focus firing the enemy down has kept me from taking any losses yet. Haven't lost a civi ship yet either but a few of them have gotten pretty dinged up. Also, not counting Vipers. Probably blown through a thousand of em so far, thankfully the game doesn't keep track of individual fighter-craft or this stratagem would not work. Interestingly, while the Cylons will go after the civi ships if they get a chance, there's another mission where I am tasked with defending a station. In that fight the Cylons completely disregard the station and I can use my normal "run'n'gun" tactic. My new theory based off this behaviour and the fact that Cylons have that funky red eye that's always scanning, is that Cylons are like T-Rex's and can only see movement. (That's why they chased Galactica for so long. It kept running away. I'm on to something here!)

Rogue Trader Talk about stupidity. I didn't realise what the numbers above planets meant when I click a destination. It turned out that if the route is unsafe or dangerous, I can use the Navigator's Insight to calculate a safe route. Her Insight is dependent on a number of factors though and is not an infinite use. In any case, this reduces the number of irritating cases of Warp intrusions and events. I have four colonies to manage and there might be more to come. Some of the colony building options are truly for an evil PT. Options like adding drugs to food and water so that workers do not sleep but work until they die. ugh. However, the priority is for greater security and ships so I veer towards those when those options are available. I really do not like the space battles; no fun to me so I used a cheat mod to zap all enemy ships. Saved me hours of wrangling in getting outmatched and outgun because when it comes to enemy alien ships, the Golden Hinde (what I named my Voidship) is no match.

GW2I pretty much played this all day. I stopped short of doing all of Living Season 2 today. Plus a bunch of other stuff like finishing the Annual Wintersday achievement. I spent like 1 hour in the Bells Choir activity for it. I'm very bad at it. Outside of that, my Lady Guardian is now a Willbender, because yeah, I went and collected HP to give her a elite spec finally. Willbender gives more mobility to my hammer build. I might revert to the previous one if this one cause me pain in my hand, but I made the switch this morning and so far it seems fine. Now I'm off to do something else... edit: finally, I didn't do something else. I'm done with Living Season 2 storyline. I guess I'm starting (and most probably finishing) Heart of Thorns tomorrow on this new character.

Rogue Trader
So an enemy issued a challenge to meet at system to settle a question. I was thinking; I don't really have to hurry there. So I scanned and explored a few systems when I was told to return to the homeworld because it's under attack. It turned out to be the enemy. I had to wonder if I had hurried to the challenge destination, would he be there or would I find nothing waiting in the system?
A companion wants an official document and it's a hassle because two seals are needed to make it official. One of the seals was stolen, another is with an official on another planet. The second is the easiest to get. Luckily, the stolen seal was found during my exploration jaunt.
The administrator checked the seals are right and then landed the Rogue Trader in the queue to get it officially endorsed. Although there're options to question the Admin on why the RT has to wait with the masses, etc, I chose to comply because I had the feeling the Admin will simply pull rank and tell the RT to wait in line.
So the hours passed and the companion suggested shortcuts. One of which made me 🤣 It's to shoot into the crowd. Honestly, how many people wouldn't want to do just that when they are fed up of waiting for hours and hours? I chose not to even though I'm sure the Rogue Trader can carry out such an action without much repercussions.

Rogue Trader So a few options have already popped regards the romance companions. For Yrliet, I chose not to act on the impulse. For Henrix, there're already two chances to display affection but I chose to be neutral although I had chosen other warm replies in earlier conversations. I'm wondering what's going to turn up in the end. I'm at the beginning of Act 3 at present. Edit. So moving on further. I wish Owlcat employed possibilities and freedom to act / RP like Larian Studios. Especially when they put in impaled victims who asked for the mercy of death. I can't do anything. Lob a bomb. Nothing. Can't shoot nor can I use a sword to end their suffering. I'm annoyed.

Rogue Trader What an immediate dive into the cauldron! Well Owlcat did a first I think. Henrix initiated intimacy and I chose to go along with it. After all the fire and brimstone adventuring, he was unsure of himself, if the RT would want to continue the relationship. I could break it off but decided to go along and see what happens with all the other relationships with the companions. The companion quests started piling up after the party got back to the voidship. The most funny event was a confrontation on the bridge. The RT was supposed to be sitting on her throne but the game spawned her in a back corner instead. I was puzzled because the camera kept flicking to the back when the RT was speaking and it slowly dawn on me what had happened. 🤣

GW2I was right! I'm going to finishing Heart of Thorns on my Lady Guardian tonight. I'm at the last mission(s). You play it in one go, but it's technically two different missions. I didn't even play that much today, as I did some none-gaming things today. I also crafted 3 pieces of Ascended armor for my Guardian. The new daily rewards allow you to buy 3 ascended armor boxes with enough points per quarter. So I bought them, but I would have needed to wait for 70 days to get the other 3 and I just didn't have the patience for it. Now Guardian build is now as designed.

Rogue Trader
Now in Act IV. I was surprised to find that Act III was entirely the fire and brimstone adventuring.
It's a toss up to kill only the guilty one or condemned the entire family. I sentenced an entire family to the sword on account that killing only the guilty one would do nothing when the head of the family was obviously trying to dethrone the Rogue Trader through other schemes although he was not guilty of the present crime.
I find it 🤣 humans are called Mon-Keid by Space Elves. The pronounciation is akin to Monkey.
I acquired the last companion in Act 3 and I was right about him being another Space Elf though he's dark in his soul compared to Yrliet. He's the dark cousin to Yrliet's light.

Rogue Trader OMG! Owlcat created the WORST quest ever in Hunting Grounds. I'm going in CIRCLES!!! I've been loading and reloading numerous times, trying all the exits for each map. Edit. I don't know how much time I spent reloading and finding a way out. I can't tell if it's a random occurrence or some bug but I went through the same door of an area a few times before it finally kicked the party to the right zone. I didn't do anything different for that to happen.

Rogue Trader
The crisis for Yrliet has happened and I chose to respond. Relationships however are still up in the air despite the Rogue Trader sharing a bed with Heinrix, I think.
Heinrix popped a surprise on the Rogue Trader and the conversation is sombre. One thing I like about this conversation is that there are four responses to choose to everything he said. I can choose to be emotional, angry, questioning and non committal. I chose the last and bypass any gesture that indicate that the Rogue Trader has deeper feelings for him.
Would like to see how this played out. Of course he took the RT to bed again after this event. I didn't even have an option to say no. 🤣

Rogue Trader I have no idea where I am regards Act IV but the confrontation of the LIs happened unexpectedly. Choose! said Heinrix. Yrliet did not force a choice, she's fine with a threesome because the relationship between her and the RT is not physical. Heinrix of course, does not understand it. In any case, I did not specify for either one and used the excuse; bloody hell, I'm having a headache from the tasks dumped on me. I don't have time for personal matters! If Heinrix dump the RT, I wouldn't be surprised. I doubt Yrliet would. On to the next segment which is a planetary campaign. It's text with choices. The success of each decision is based on the RT's attributes, skills and abilities. I have to 🤣 and wonder if the Owlcat writers considered the impact of dropping a Voidship of how many trillion tons in orbit around the planet on an unfinished Voidship planet side. I went; nope! That's silly. That's going to kill everyone at ground zero of how many miles? 🤣

At this rate all future Bioware games will be half done and modders need to rescue it for free.

GW2
My Lady Guardian reached the same story point as my Lady Ranger was at. Even a bit farther, since I started the Head of the Snake episode already.
Also, the Wintersday festival is very lucrative if you have a lots of karma (which I have a lot because I never spend it, only accumulate it). I'm making like 10g every day (it's not all selling wintersday gifts, but that is at least half of it).

Taking a break from both Baldur's Gate 3 and Cyberpunk. I Decided to reinstall Fallout 4, I realized yesterday that FO4 is the only Fallout I've never completed. Not because it's a bad game it's the opposite I enjoy it and have several hundred hours invested. Just never bothered to finish it. This time around I'll be playing as a male Sole Survivor named Jacob who due to his background in both the military and science field will join the Brotherhood of Steel. Ever since Fallout 1 I have always sided with the BOS. I still remember how they hooked up the Chosen One in Fallout 2 against the Enclave. This time around I'll be using mods to flesh out certain aspects such as the Brotherhood of Steel and enhancing power armor. I will also be using this build: whatculture.com/gaming/fallout-4-9-insane-character-builds-you-need-to-try?page=6
