And found out there used to be a cat named Sir Pouncealot, but I missed it, because they changed it's name in recent patch and I've only reached this area after it. Dunno why they changed it, but I wish I didn't miss it. Would have loved to snatch a couple screenshots of it from my game. Soooo... plot twist! They did change the name for that random cat, only to give it to the cat from current - cat petting focused - event. And we get to keep him! He's going to be permanent resident of my Serenitea Pot (our in-game home we can decorate), just like ninja doggo from a while back. I'm doing the (easy) event too . For the cat furnishings. Sigh.. so many events I want to be permanent, Star Rail style. I speculate this cat house will return periodically with additions/changes and perhaps other animals.

Ghost Recon Wildlands
So this play session was the exact opposite of ninja, maybe because we were rusty, maybe because this is how these things work, or maybe because, as wifey put it, she wanted to work out some catherthis. Plus maybe some weird bugs.
First objective on the night going after El Cerbero's protypes which tracked it to a base in the middle of the jungle, jammed, with no real hills to overlook it so that led to us having to go right up and start a bit of a firefight. Kind of interesting though one thing I have emphasized in this playthrough is long range third person gun play with my AR when in combat. It really adds some perspective on combat and the like IRL, even if the scale is kind of off, given that you can shoot at a bit of a distance to where you can't really see the bad guys per se but you can sort of tell where they are so just aim led in their general direction and you can hit them. Of course it does help when the UI gives you the handy tell tale to let you know when the enemy is actually in vision of you. The bad bit was well the whole reinforcement thing has not actually been that much of a problem this playthrough but it was this mission. Even after clearing out the base they kept coming and pretty much only appeared as we were finishing clearing it in the first place, three or four waves of them. Grenades and mortars solved the issue well enough but it got annoying so we actually bailed out and went onto the next objective.
Which was the mission to hunt down El Cerberbro himself. To start with we had to tail his assistant to him...which offered some BS since we also had to be undetected. Which then it was weird because on the first attempt we were in our helicopter, a car crashed into something and exploded...but that counted against us for some reason. Second attempt despite doing largely the same tactic we were caught by being seen. Third time was the charm...at least for seeing him...accept this time I blew up the helicopter with my drone somehow. Fourth time we actually made it in and discovered him. I got in and disabled but was caught soon there after. And went down. On three seconds was revived. It was one hell of a gunfight as I anticipated as the waves of bad guys came in after us. THough as I did suspect we were able to bypass most of the base and just pretty much hit him directly. Which instead of rabitting he turtled up...which should've been our first clue that something was amiss.
Final mission tapping in and doing the Rainbow DLC mission that they had. Rainbow is a perfectly neat concept and it was fun seeing that GIGN was indeed Fench. Though the knife nut we're pursuing seems a little too good with it. One more massive gunfight though and my situational/ spacial awareness went straight in the crapper. Died 3 times on the initial waves and on time 2 and time 3 because I didn't notice first one window to my right that they were able to shoot me through...and then behind me. But as wifey collapsed towards me got a handle on it. Also GIGN lady 'twitch' was about as useful as a bag of rocks.

DD2 I thought I'll explore the strip SW of Battahl. The path was narrow and went up the mountain. Along the way, I ran into; Medusa The statues along the path were "yelling" her presence. I continued although I knew having a special shield would be better. In some ways, she wasn't as bad as Medusa in AC Odyssey because her deadly ray can be seen. As long as the MC kept behind her, he wasn't going to be struck dead. I didn't get her head because I don't see the point of it. I lost my main pawn in this fight though because magic casters cannot dodge while they're winding up their spells so she was caught flat footed by the ray. I popped all the way back to Battahl for the Rift Stone to get her back. Then returned to the mountain path only to find a Rift Stone further up. Bleh. I continued up the path and tried to fend off Harpies at the bridge. I accidentally struck the bridge with the mage and sorcerer on it and they fell down. I was thinking;crap! there's no way I could get to the bottom. However, the warrior disappeared. I thought he was chasing a Harpy. While I was trying to figure out how to rescue the two downed Pawns, the warrior appeared over the edge of the cliff with them. It was so fast so I didn't know if he carried both but the down Pawns were on the path. He got one up while I got the other. With the bridge down, I thought there's no way across but the sorcerer's words of another way around made me looked along the wall of the mountain and I saw the ledges. The party crossed over. The main Pawn couldn't path find and was left behind. I went on because the game will pull her to the party when the distance becomes too great. By the by, we arrived at the huge tower where a dragon was on top. Plague Dragon At least I think it is the Plague Dragon at the Dragon Tower. It looked the same as the one attacking Melve. Anyway, it was killed and that was all that could be found in Wrymsblood Forest. Next we went to the south east and found the mesiter for the Magic Archer. His second quest was to escort him to a hot spring. I carried him all the way there. Trotting and running only when the party was attacked. I didn't allow the Pawns to engage. We came to the hot spring and surprise, the meister for the Wayfarer class was there as well so I got the scrolls for both classes. I'm not sure I want to do Magic Archer or Wayfarer. The latter is a Jack of all Trades and specialised in none. The Magic Archer can target numerous points / mobs all at once with one shot. I think it's about five or six in one.

Man, after going navigating in two different wrecks we managed to assemble the Parallel Processing Unit and work to sabotage the Alterra communications (for better or worse) and then discover a series of sad fate of the crew from the Mercury II. I will have to come back to verify the cave I discovered below the ship:

GW2I decided to do every story content on my new necro. I already finished Living Season 1. Went faster than I expected. Although, the Nightmare of Tower public instance final bosses fight was a pita. I spent like 5 minutes trying to solo it (I actually died twice but used revive orbs) because the 4-5 other people in my instance all died (and had to run back which took a while). They also clearly didn't understand how you have to kill both bosses almost at the same time. The rest wasn't an issue. Now onto Living Season 2. And some Forbidden West.

DD2 It's fortunate I didn't muck up the LI quest line because I looked it up. There're two *official LIs for the game and oddly, they're both women. No guys. So this means if I were to play a female Arisen, I get a female LI. What's with the devs? They did it better in the first one. * Official LIs as in they have cutscenes. The guide even said to give her flowers to raise her affinity but it's not needed because doing her quests raised her affinity to maximum. I remember in the first game, gifts can be given to raise affinity. Anyway, I couldn't give her gifts at all until her quests were mostly done and by then, it's not needed. What made me run around for flowers was the quest to get one of the Elves to bestow a scroll so I could have the Main Pawn understand Elvish. I gave about five flowers to the guy running the potion shop over five days and he's not appreciative. The guide said it can be given to any one but the one who's really appreciative is the young Elven woman in charge of the Inn. I gave her flowers for three days and on the third, she bestowed the scroll. The MC got a pass to enter Battahl but I already entered early. Picked up a side quest to mine some ores. Some distance from the city, a griffin pounced on the MC. Seriously! It just crashed down on him from out of the sky and bounced him off the cliff. Luckily, the fall wasn't that bad. Drank some potions, climbed back up and went at it.

NHL 22
Won the playoff series with the Islanders. 4-1, 5-1, 5-2.
First game special teams saved me in the end and really over performed. Got off to pretty sure 2-1 lead after one, Charlie Coyle and Nick Foligno got us on the board early in the first. Second period was a high level grind as we weren't playing good Bruins hockey, just couldn't get out of the zone and just had a lot of difficulty just even putting shots on net as the first half I only had two shots and they were outshooting me. Actually correction they got their goal here so it was 2-1. So nervous and frustrated especially on a back to back game and my nerves and Sirokin was playing muuuuccchhh better. But special teams did their job. First on a delayed penalty I grinned as I knew what was going to happen or at least had a plan as I pushed the advantage and Van Riemsdyk scored on a wrap around for his second of the playoffs. Then they went on the PP thanks to an interferance penelty but on like one of the opening face offs I won and I fired it down the rink to clear intending to just mess with time but I noticed that Marchand got a good jump on it so I rushed ahead and flipped to him turning on the jets, he got the puck clean, fired it to the net, Sirokin made the save which drew him out of position and Bergeron collected it and fired it home instantly for the 4-1 on the short handed.
Second game is when things got wild in the second period. 0-0 after one. Got the first goal and then they got their first on the most ticky tacky BS on the power play I have seen scored against me. Guy 'shot it' at the point but the shot was just a mishandled puck, but Swayman misplayed it to let it go in. But I rallied quickly with a goal by Seguin then Pastranak, third of the series and second of the game. THEN a pair of fights also broke out, the first one because I injured one of their guys and the second one because they just wrecked Krecji on a faceoff...yet he wasn't out long term. Seguin finished the scoring in the third period to complete the hat trick and giving him four goals on the series for one of the best trades I have ever made mid season. Coyle also had three assists on the game to give him eight points on the series.
Onto game three and...I guess nothing of too much note happened really other then me winning 5-2. A nice, clean game.
Ghost Recon Wildlands
Main set piece we continued with the Rainbow misison which I forgot took us to the chemical institute that they mocked up and added more lairs in to make it a demolition course with a lot of bad guys. The theme of us getting into gun fights and me dying continued apiece as...well actually she missed a shot for once and we got caught on the way in summoning everyone. I pretty much got wiped out by three heavies. And later on got dead a couple of times as we made our breach but with wifey telling me to stay back I played the hero and advanced. We were getting bogged down so had to just push in no matter what. I didn't even die but it was close as they had a shooter on the top rank that we traded fire with. Eventually I just pushed on through though and it was such an adrenaline rush just clearing room after room of badguys because initially wifey stayed back to watch the enemies of the reinforcements so without the safety net I had to be careful. And well the ACR it may have its advantages on full auto but single bullets were the way to go. Just going through the corners, plugging targets here and there, leaning back to reload or take a breath before plugging away again. Even a sequence where I threw in a flash bang which let me stun three of four targets. Then on the way out had to clear on through. Nice little set piece...but it occurs to me that there were a lot of sicarios there that came after us, so just a weird situation because no other mission really gets this hectic.
In the end though Bowman didn't play nice with the new guy. Whole thing was a little off putting because probably should've given her the intel in exchange for saving his life to help us out, or just something, but then Bowman did push a little hard on the whole Rendition thing, which might've enabled us to actually get the information. But of course they couldn't have had this DLC preempt the actual story they told in the main game.
Oh I almost forgot think I didn't discover it but Wifey found a fun little Hitman easter egg in Dengoza's appartment while investigating. It was also really funny because we found the clues in the exact opposite order we were intended to so we found out that Dengoza was Caveira's brother first, but then listened to our characters get progressively stupider. 'What he is working with the cartel, who is this guy?!'

Divinity Original Sin
After getting stuck in a Nightmare version of the King Crab Inn, I had to use the internet to puzzle out how to open the last door. It turns out that despite a particular corpse having massive resists, the clue about attacking it with fire was not misdirection after all (firestorms from candles don't count though). I wasted an hour interacting with every single "Use" item (versus the "Pick Up" items) thinking the magical evaporation might have an effect on the environment.
After making a note about what to do for a potential replay, I encountered The Trife, then Leandra, then the Void Dragon in an entertaining boss gauntlet. It took me three attempts to defeat the Void Dragon, with the first failure catching me by surprise. There is an AI-controlled additional ally whose empty health bar prompts an instant game-over. My second attempt proved that it was more difficult to keep that particular ally alive than I anticipated. My third attempt went much better, and the Source Hunters and their party defeated the Void Dragon and its minions.
I even got the epilogue I wanted for my gay-lady Source Hunter duo.

DD2
So I have been throwing out rotten fruit and food along my journey. I thought they'll vanish over time but I found out I'm wrong.
I was doing a side quest and found I have to clear up the inventory so I dispose of the rotten meat and fruits a few metres outside the NPC's cottage. I had to wait for the progress of the quest so I returned after two days. A wolf ran up as I was standing outside the cottage and I saw it heading to the rotten food I had thrown away a couple of days ago.
Oh no. Is that why I kept seeing goblins and wolves around the area? I picked up the rotten stuff and disposed of them further away, at the bottom of a cliff. This led me to wonder if the rotten stuff I left in Ventworth was also attracting the mobs because wolves and cylcops would appear occasionally at one of the entrance.

Ok, after entering Ice Worm territory (which has many resources) we go ahead and work things up until discovering part of the needed body parts for Al-An. We need to be really careful in this biome as even the Stalkers are prey for these Leviathans:

Persona 3 Reload. A few sessions worth of post, so tenses are all over the place since I've been jotting it down between sessions and to lazy to adjust. TL:DR having fun with it. Did the second full moon. The protag yoinking Junpei to safety was pretty much worth the price of admission. Had problems with Ms.BJ and had to retry the battle once since she kinda nuked me with her ice attacks. Jack Frost was very helpful on the retry. The train shaking felt really spicy.
Then some time in Tartarus. Got to the next section in one go but had like 3 reloads because the enemies murderized me. Also realized by the end that I forgot to re-equip Yukari's good bow and there was a better sword in the chest I missed last round. Also was a bit dumb in delaying the Arcane Burst for way too long. So lots of stupid mistakes.
Did the Midterms. The study sessions were funny. Beef beef beef! Only have 2 in academics so don't think I'll be getting top rank? But he felt good about the questions so that's something. Been failing on all the class questions btw except for Middens and May Blues.
Unlocked the Gourmet King and his little moonwalk was adorable. Maiko is also real freaking cute, even if all I've managed to do so far is make her cry and feel bad about it. Still haven't unlocked my favourite drunk Monk. Can't remember which social rank unlocks him and am feeling too lazy to look it up. Also unlocked Bebe before he had the chance to flee the country.
Did the third full moon. Fuuka's new Analyze all ability was well worth the loss of my prior knowledge on how to beat the royal couple. Or well, I might be misremembering, but wasn't it that one was weak to phys and the other to magic? Even if it was different, still stan Analyze all.
New SEES outfits are cool but Junpei's suit is also fire, so feeling conflicted.
Feeling daunted by the social links. Made a very fancy grid for it and I'm never going to fill it. (┬┬﹏┬┬) So instead focusing on Maxing stats and if I replay I can just chill in Tartarus and look up conspiracy theories on the net. o(* ̄▽ ̄*)ブ
There is this low buzzing sound that's been driving me up the wall. It sounds like it comes from the IRL house, but it only happens when I'm in Arqa so I'm pretty sure it comes from the game but keep getting the itch to go investigate.
Made it as far up as I can go for now. Loving the Fuuka upgrades. Jamming sounds like it might be handy, full analyze is awesome and Oracle is really really handy. Now she just needs to start up her dj thing and she'll be perfect. \( ̄︶ ̄*\)) Also like the special abilities the others get. Pretty animations, good damage and some spice in the combat.
Also enjoying seeing Elizabeth antics animated but keep getting hit with the sad feeling that I won't be seeing Theodore. Also get that mood when watching Akihiko's cutscenes. I miss Kotone. Like not mad or anything and understand it would've been a lot more work, I just miss her.
But otherwise lots of fun. Game looks lovely. Enjoying the music. Combat is fun. Voice acting is nice. And delinquent cat is still a dear.

So finished Horizon Zero Dawn: Forbidden Wilds and the Burning Shores DLC. I thought the 2nd one was a bit of a come down from the first giving it a 7 out of 10, whereas I would have rated the first an 8.5. The open world was probably the same size but the side quests took longer, there was a lot of stuff gated till you got the right tools by doing main quests which meant going back over places you'd already visited. Cauldrons were there usual cauldrony self, beautiful but I hate the platforming puzzle jumping stuff. And indeed for me their was too much gameplay stuff that overly complicated or created time wasting which the cynic in me says was to pad out time rather than enrich gameplay. The story didn't have the same depth and feel for me and "appeared" shorter than the first than it probably was. Gathering other modules for Gaia did not feel like story it felt more like a giant fetch quest and although necessary didn't really add to the main story. Combat changed significantly and for those that enjoy that stuff I am sure it was a great change, for scrubs like me it was overload and I barely scratched the surface of it even if I remembered to use it. The above is my personal view and I want to clearly state I actually really enjoyed the game it's just that it had quite a few "frustrating" gameplay mechanics IMO. It was as usual a beautiful game and the flying was excellent.

DD2 Finished all the Sphinx riddles. I have to say the devs did a good job with the Sphinx design, the voice actresses (both Japanese and English. The Japanese VA has been VA for a long time, is well known and has a unique rather low / deep voice. They managed to match with an equally suitable English VA. 👍) are great. They also managed to make the Sphinx rather mystery creepy / scary. That grin is, as one poster pointed out, like the Cheshire Cat's. There is a 11th riddle and that is to fight the Sphinx to get the golden box. However, I'm not interested in fighting her. She's such an interesting mysterious unique creature that I'd far rather she lives to enlighten another NPC's curiosity. Edit I didn't take the warrior vocation but I wouldn't take it just so I can skewer mobs like this. The Mystic Spearhand has a skill that golfs small mobs into the sky.

Just finished STALKER: Call of Pripyat and wow is it half-baked (possible spoilers?).
It seems GSG not only removed the fun (yet buggy) faction relationship system of the previous game but also removed any default enemy factions. I had start shooting at neutral groups just to fight something that wasn't a mutant or zombie but the very next passing group would treat me like a buddy. Hell, I had to do four side missions just to get an enemy faction to turn hostile so I wouldn't get so bored traveling the giant empty map. It's incredible, there's these huge multi-story factories and apartments with all manner of space that are completely empty of any hostiles when in previous games there would be several factions battling for control. What I loved about the previous games is seeing two groups run into each other and begin blasting, in this game, the enemy factions often spawn on-top of each other so the battle ends in a few seconds by the time you reach the location. The enemy spawn system is busted and somehow worse than the previous games.
The story is incredibly uninspired and there's no deep mystery nor stunning revelation like the past two games....no, you're just an accident technician.
On the plus side, the game is much more Fallout like. Several side-quests have multiple paths to resolve with consequences and there's an ending slideshow like Fallout 3 showing what happened to those you did and did not help. Honestly, I would have preferred the open endings of Shadow of Chernobyl. There's a couple new mutant types that appeared who are really freaky. The emissions are not as annoying as Clear Sky and end quickly. Plus there's an option to sleep so you don't have to wander in the dark. Also the knife is FINALLY useful as a weapon. Oh and far less bugs and crashes.
The game also brought back improvements from Clear Sky like repair technicians, fast travel by paying guides, and far better hit detection as well as damage scaling.
Overall 7.5/10. Mods will obviously fix all these issues but GSG should have done it ages ago.
I'll be skipping Stalker 2 since its too...Westernized judging by the trailer.

Roll up, roll up to this magnificent cave system where we run into a wonderful feeling as we search both for the components to the Synthetic Fibers (needed for the depth modules) and to see if we find another Architect component. We get a bit greedy and pay the price as well go to reevaluate our trips:

Persona 3 Reload. Still haven't unlocked my favourite drunk Monk. Can't remember which social rank unlocks him and am feeling too lazy to look it up. Re: our drunk Monk. Strength Social link Though it's easier to unlock him in Reload since 1) Yuko is easier to unlock and 2) it requires less courage.

DD2 I'm tired of porting into Ventworth and the first thing I hear is; there's a ladder, we should find out where it leads to. The ladder in question is on the second floor of the Inn and I've already gone up there and saw nothing. Jumped around the roofs and zip. The Pawns are driving me crazy with that stupid statement every time we port in. At the moment, I'm looking around for side quests to do. I checked the list and I think I have done almost all.

One of those weird play sessions to where probably have too much to report to really report it all accurately because wifey has a small bug so not able to play as much GR. So way too much Hokcey. NHL 22Bruins won the Stanley Cup for the second year in a row on Pro difficulty. Ironically not really has hard as it was last year and only lost one playoff game the entire run up through the cup. Ugh damn I think I played enough games to finish up one series and then get through the other three so sorry brain can't retain that much information. Buuuut the game I lost was a fun one where the game did that glitch that makes it impossible to finish so I decided to quit out of it, it simmed out, and had me loose 4-2 against the Rangers in the ECFs. Wife 'why didn't you just do a hard R?' Me: 'that would've been a good idea' (where were you 5 minutes ago?) My solution still was kind of fun, wouldn't normally care I guess except it is the playoffs so this does demand retibution. Turned the difficulty down to semi pro and then beat the Rangers 13-2. It is kind of interesting that on Semi Pro against the Rangers I actually didn't do any better then against some of the other teams but Pasta had a four point game. Other near miss though Ulmark had a little bit of a collapse overall in the playoffs as when we were playing the Flames in the SCFs he did let in four goals in 2 periods fairly easily so swapped him for Swayman who didn't allow a single goal and we eventually came back. That might've been the game Pasta had a GWG too maybe. Other than that no real stories from there other then Van Riemsdyk had a nice goal which bounced off the back of one of the goalies and went in I think against the Panthers or Isles. Kind of fun to I did a quick google search to confirm it and Joe Thornton, IRL, despite his huge pedigree and Hall of Fame resume of like 1500 points never won a Stanley Cup. I always feel a lot bit 'hmm' about asterisks though so it really wouldn't count if he wasn't in a game and with everyone healthy there just wasn't enough room. But in Game 3 of the SCF the Flames injured Bergeron which gave me the perfect excuse to sub him in. He even got a goal on a breakaway to like make it 2-1 at the time. So that was fun. In the end some confusion. He scored four points in the SCF but other members of my team seemed to do better but David Pastrnak won the Con Smyth award so not sure if its an award just for the SCF or for the entire playoffs. If the latter then it can make sense as he had like 25 points in 18 games, (15 G, 10A). Wanted them to hand the cup to Thornton first like Sakic did with Ray Bourque back in the day given the circumstances...but for some reason Hampus Lindholm hoisted it? Then a few others. Then Marchand. Thornton wasn't shown at all. Post season wrap up awards was kind of fascinating to witness. Of all people Hampus Linholm won the Hart and the Norris. Pastrnak won the Lady Bing and the Ted Lyndsey. Zacha took home the Art Ross for most points in the regular season with 102 and Pasta had his second Richard in a row with 61. Onto the off season and weirdly enough had no retirements so everyone has decided to come back for another round which is interesting since well Bergeron and Krecji did of course retire at the start of this year. There does not seem to be a way to change the name of rookies like you can in Madden so I can't create the players the Bruins actually have, pretty sure, and hell not even Thornton retired. I think in the course of this I figured out why the plus/minus bonuses for my lines changed, think it had more to do with my coach changing and what his biases were then anything else. So yeah. Only player I picked up in the off season was Andrew Peeke who the Bruins added this year but stuck down on Providence. He does add some Dman depth though if I need it. Think Bergeron was the only one who lost a point for the overall rating, pretty sure everyone stayed the same or increased. So with all this in mind right now Foligno and Heinan are the two odd men out so the lines going into the start of next season will be. Marchand-Bergeron-Pastrnak. Taylor Hall-David Krecji-Pavel Zacha. Jake Debrusk-Charlie Coyle-Tyler Seguin (whom the computer weirdly enough started him out as a scratch despite his overall rating being 83) James van Riemsdyk-Morgan Geekie-Trent Fredric (may swap Fredric and Geekie though) McAcoy-Lindholm. Gryzlick-Kaarlson Shattenkirk-Carlo Linus Ulmark Jeremy Swayman. Oh almost forgot to that didn't seem to notice that Swayman was going to be an RFA. I think that means he will still play on the team but I wasn't going to take any chances. He only wanted a one year deal but gvave him a five year...and he rejected it! So gave him the one year and he was fine. Something to keep an eye on moving forward and think Ulmark will thus be back in the lead for 'favored Goalie' going into next year. Ghost Recon WildlandsBit of a mix between sniping and gun play today so this was more or less a pretty competent session. Kind of nice the more intense the mission gets the more intense we get and focussed with chatter going on. Big mission, or at least first one I remember, had to do the mission where we went BACK to the Chemical Institute because that is where the DLC mission was as well. They did change up the distribution of the map and forces though. My main thing though was think got a little over eager at first probably owing to the Vietnam effect. I popped off a shot with my bolt action MSR on a target, not noticing someone RIGHT NEXT to the guy and he noticed, complaining wifey, but I was able to jerk the round back into the chamber and take him out and was like 'we're good we got em.' From there I slowed my frakin roll and we did things next to perfect. Did it in the complete opposite way we did the first time by infiltrating through that sewer pipe. Honestly though not sure how much of an advantage that really gives us, but we made it work by calling out targets, moving slow and smooth, and just killing who we had to while we were on target. And the snipers. When we talked to the guy and started bugging out wifey had a pretty good idea, she called in rebels to serve as a bit of a distraction. So on the way out we only had to two a pair of guards before jumping into the Helo. from there we went after more Cartel precursor stocks and I was actually having a lot of fun and feeling confident. We were on one end of the Libertad airport on an open field so despite...well no we kind of caught ourselves as wifey called in a mortar strike but somehow they knew right where we were so they charged at us down this open field. We were having a super amount of fun as she was providing air support with the rocket heli and I was sniping them on the ground...until a Unidad Helicopter showed up and we weren't able to shoot it down fast enough. She wanted to bug out but I had the bright idea to actually continue on with the mission because figured we could do it and probably even without a party wipe they would still be on target even when we came back. I ordered her to provide rocket fire on the Unidad ground forces which were coming in, this got the patrol to tier 2 but continued on. And eventually did a suicide bomber trick where my first grenade missed so I through a second one and couldn't escape both blast zones in time. But mission was complete, wifey retreated waiting for the respawn. Final mission in Libertad and I hate the mission with Marcus Jensen and it got choatic as usual. He bitched and the Sicarios sent in their reinfocements which wifey wasn't able to peform a hot extract as she crashed into the tight buildings of the city and blew the helicopter up...then got killed when the Sicarios came for her. This forced me to procure a jeep and drive out of there. Broke contact and decided to hold up at a Rebel RP while I waited for wifey to reload. From there we got a helicopter and went the rest of the way. Off to get El Yayo and another one of those undetected missions. Took us a bit to come up with a plan because the enemy and entry points weren't cooperating so we had to wipe them all out. He made us look for his family though and there we got into a big gunfight...fortunatley being undetected wasn't a condition and they didn't go to kill their hostages. Wifey went up on a sniper tower and I took cover behind a low wall and drew people to me with my ACR fire before extracting his family. And from there Production was all wiped out so we went off to get El Sueno and he made his job offer to us. Off to Koani.

Did a NPC quest just now and looked for help on YT. Sometimes I have to look it up because there is no quest marker at all. Anyway, I watched it all and luckily, I read the comments because I saw one poster who's upset because the guide failed to indicate that one of the steps would cause the NPC to be arrested.
This particular step can be bypassed as he had already tried it out. I did the same thing he did except that near the end, after jumping onto the haystack, somehow or other, the Pawns did something to attract the attention of the patrolling guards and they went on the attack.
I pulled the Pawns to me and the party ran out of the city. I noticed the entry guard did not do anything so the party halted a short distance away and then went back in. As it was night, I decided to pass time on a bench than an Inn as I did not want to over write the Inn save I made before starting this quest yet in case the guards arrested the MC during the day.
As it is, nothing happened during the day so I went back to the NPC and collected the reward. If that particular step wasn't bypassed, she would have been arrested.

Few, after that scary experience last time I managed to make a well deserving use of my Laser Cutter and enter to a cave inside an iceberg where a massive treasure hoard was waiting for me:

Ghost Recon WildlandsDodging Unidad and missiles in Koani. Ah yes that is what happened. The train graveyard another example of badly executed plans work out well. We were hunting snipers around the AO when I asked her if she'd back me up. She made an acknowledging sound, IE that she would back me up when she got there, I misunderstood so fired my rifle...and it missed. Still trying to get some more long range fire in prep for that mission. Well I missed and the guy bolted and so I got on a flatbed and wifey got on a bike and we went on quite a chase through Koani. Eventually we pinned him and one of those things where he tried to hijack another car...and I got in...so he got out! From there on trying to hunt down more convoys, we were one for two in getting the full resources again. Unidad kept on keeping on though and getting in the way at the most inopprotune ways causing us to get patrols after us. Kind of funny though in this portion of it the wife got a little on the pissed side at the Unidad and sams so she decided to mount an assault on the base! And well found the SAM just as it fired at us watched the missle come in for like a split second but then it flew past us so we pegged it. Then the mission triggered for the ATC and going after him. A lot of conversation about how best to do it but in the end we decided to go in and go after him in the control tower. We got seperated but this time I actually was able to do it. And also weirdly enough a SB officer in a car was just there chilling in the middle of the base. But then the second part of the mission triggered which did encourage a much greater fire fight. Kept on getting pinned by a heavy gunner Who then went in the same place. Also hit a 386 meter sniper shot on just the second round. And I do rather like the set up for the Koani airport that does give us a lot of long range shots for good sniping. And well then the third part of this mission kind of one of those things to because mis communication and we got there and the soldiers were there waiting for us but shot a gunner, wifey was all like 'you should wait' and then she goes rushing off in there to. Nice little bits, lots of great execution and lots of neat cinematic moments.

Genshin Impact - Completing Tatara Tales world questline in Inazuma that has daily lockouts but is nearly over. Doing a bit of Noelle's Hangouts each day or so. Its all just for the daily activity points/primogems. Minor events stuff too, assisting a local cat shelter.
Honkai Star Rail - Dailies and the current combat event, hoping I have it in me soon to catch up to 2.1 storyline.
FFVII Ever Crisis - Same old same old. Full teams of Lv 70 characters and a team power of over 200k but I'd appreciate 250k asap.
Logins: Another Eden, Octopath Traveler COTC
Also downloaded and played a bit of Fallout 76 for free cosmetic stuff, and Elder Scrolls Online for free Thieves Guild DLC. Ended up doing a little questing in both and enjoying how my current PC + game updates over the years has allowed the game to finally feel near buttery smooth to play.

Mostly Honkai Star Rail, with a tiny bit of Genshin Impact, Honkai Impact 3rd and AFK Journey (just dailies in last three). In HSR I decided to finish some of Simulated Universe goals I've been missing. Got all missing Occurences - one was dodging me like a champ, but I finally managed to get it. Then I set my sight on completing one of the modes - Gold and Gears - with all paths. With that done, all that's left is highest difficulty stuff with conundrum bonus difficulty. Might be fun with my brand new Aventurine Also, last weekend I attended Gaming Concert It was a mix of songs from different titles. I knew very well or at least recognised all but one track - never heard Apex Legends main theme. Aside from this one there were tracks from games like Assassin's Creed, HZD, BG3, Doom, Civilization, Total War, Witcher 3... though highlight for me was DAI arrangement, Dawn Will Come transitioning into DAI's main theme. Overall, I had a lot of fun.
