I don't know if this was mentionned before but there is a game breaking bug in the vault of Kadara. If you die while running away from the cloud (aka after activation), the game saves like 5 time overwriting the previous saves, the vault is activated somehow but you can't interact with the console at the entrance. So the vault can never be completed and you are screwed.
Basically, if you die during the final step of the quest, you can't reactivate the console to finish the quest and it is blocked. Happened to my gf yesterday, we researched and I have seen some people complaining about it but no solution nor word from EA. We had to roll back a save that was super old. very discouraging.

More bugs found (Patch 1.05)
Laughable: Battling Kadara Outlaws, just off the road, the game spawned five Outlaws in that same geometric space. [I was shooting at one visible Outlaw. On dying, the Outlaw peeled off the standing one and fell to the ground.] <-- rinse and repeat until five fell to the ground in the same spot..
Serious: Can't get the Outpost in Kadara. The marker is there. Went to the Tempest and came back to Kadara. No luck. Also, I have yet to see the "High Noon" quest (which some seem to believe will allow for the Outpost to be created). Current quests in Kadara: Settling Kadara, Previous cargo, Mind Games, The Baryte Rush
(note: could be I need to complete "settling Kadara" but then, "find an Outpost Site" should come after the former.)

Not a bug but a suggestion, can we have the music you can choose in the Pathfinders cabin play through the whole Tempest and not just in the Pathfinders cabin?
Not like we spend much time in the Pathfinders room.

I keep saves to go back into the story - but other to that, ive deleted so many that it shouldn't be a problem & like ive said, i run a 1 terybyte system. Ive heard this happen to other players and really hope bioware would address that .

I'm not sure if this is a bug, but I'm kind of annoyed by what happened. I keep limited saves for memory, so I guess I can blame myself too. I crafted an Isharay IX with my one vintage heat sink, and thought it would be cool to add the energy beam augmentation to it too for effect. Now it barely does any damage (that I can notice?). I can't find the vintage heat sink elsewhere; I know it's a random drop after developing it. This sucks. (Edit: I checked the wiki, it isn't a bug I guess. The energy beam augmentation increases armor damage but reduces all other damage drastically. Well, crap. I didn't know that.)
And, does anyone else have Ryder repeating what they say in Keri's interviews while running around the Nexus? It's weird :/

I got the same bug too. Could be because when they reached level 20 we were using the Apex HQ App? Just a thought. The strange thing is when I look at the achievement list on my Xbox One I read under that very achievement X% of players unlocked it. Everyone I heard was unable to unlock the achievement. That's what I was thinking. Friendly Fire achievement is bugged also. I'm on my 3rd playthrough and still can't "build the improved shield generator" and "earning you badges" is borked this time. This fukin' game. What problem did you get with "Earning your badge"? I just completed it and even though I run into a couple of bugs, reloading a previous save fixed them. The two bugs were: 1. When fighting the "ancient fiend" the first time they spawned all around me. The first appeared, then a sec on spawned and from nowhere a third appeared just over me. 2. While fighting Remnant the counter didn't record the last two. So basically there were no more Remnant around but the game recorded 13/15 Remnant destroyed and so I was unable to complete it. I reload a previous save and everything was ok. Now I got the "Talk with Producer" (part of Path of a Hero quest) bug. The producer does not show up (I heard he appears later in the game) but I have that marker on my screen and it never hides. It's quite annoying.

Most of my list has been covered in some of the above posts. 1) Flickering when landing the Tempest, but it happens mostly on Voeld. (reminds me of a Jefferson Airplane video ) 2) Sam always says I have new email, even after I have checked it (and re-checked it). 3) Disappearing Ryder in the final scene of movie night (Jaal is doing his best Marcel Marceau impression of cuddling with his gal) 4) One freeze during scanning among the systems. It was a derelict Kett ship - all items were collected, but the controls/GUI didn't show or respond. 5) At least one "!" point in Codex, that won't clear. Doesn't matter if I read it, "Mark All Read", or both. On the PC, and here are my specs: Win 10 CPU FX8350 GPU GTX 1080 FTW 8g Vram (Nvidia Driver 378.92) RAM DDR3 16G PSU Corsair 750W SSD 500g Am reporting to EA Help, as soon as I get the time. (later today/tonight) I don't know if anyone replied to you, but for poin 1) the ONLY solution is Temporal AA, I had the very same issue.

I'm having a bizarre sitch with ammo refills. Every time I go near an ammo crate, it depletes 2 bars, even if my ammo is full. Step away, then back to the crate, and the other 2 bars disappear and the crate is emptied. Not a huge problem since I built a sniper rifle that overheats and a PAW assault rifle that doesn't need ammo refills - but it does mean I can't use my other weapons in long encounters because they run out of ammo. Also - sometimes my pet Remnant VI follows me home. It's kind of noisy and annoying to have it following Ryder around the Tempest - I guess I need to remember to kill it before returning. This is on PC. This is due to the Vintage Heatsink Mod bug, it's known to drain ammo crates.

After patch 1.06 in my two saves when I try to approach the tower where you complete the quest "Emergency S.O.S." with the two stoners my game will lock up on the PC. Anyone else been near there since the patch?

After the update, it crashes all the time again in cutscenes like it did before 1.05 (PC). Is there another solution for this than that annoying "switch to borderless window mode before cutscenes" workaround?

Game still buggy. PS4 here, still getting data save error , have deluxe pre order but no skins or athletic gear . Now to go into data saves and delete a Ryder to see if a new Ryder gets the stuff.

yeah you have to do the High noon quest first in order to get the outposrt as you have to do that quest before Sloane/Reyes gives you permission to set one up.

This has been happening all day to me since getting the patch: xboxclips.com/Kaiju+Sozay/e28be232-105b-41ec-ab76-7653782e3389this is on every planet. If this has happened to you, I just found a fix...delete every autosave after your last manual save. I am going to see if this bug happens again after the next autosaves.

Fiend still teleports ... less than before, but still there.
Fewer instances of sound bugging out, but still there.
Bottom line, still needs work on patching the patch ...
Good news ... so for, no CTD.

Im having a weird sprinting bug after update.
Settings are set to hold, after releasing the sprint, I continue sprinting for a distance, run into something or forcefully turn Ryder 180

At the end of Dissension in the Ranks, in Blackrock Tande on Eso, theres some flickering kett bodies. They keep strobbing in and out of existance, and slightly above ground level.
Not sure if its cause of the update, a weird glitch in the game, or my Navida drivers need to be updated.
