It seems Bioware didn't do a QA pass or is really intent on promoting/pandering/whatever transgender stuff.

I have come across three NPCs that do not have the correct voice attached to them so far.

1. Male Angaran outside of the cold storage for plants on Voeld has a female voice.
2. Male Angaran on Aya training the resistance has a female voice.
3. Male Turian standing next to the Warden going into the Badlands on Kadara as a female voice.

I seriously wonder just how many more I am going to encounter. Have I missed any?

I noticed too, I hope they fix it. Also during catch and release the scanned Angarans are clearly male but they are listed in the scan as female.

This was a weird (and sometimes amusing) problem in Inquisition too. At Haven, one of the soldiers talking by the trebuchet parts is a female model but sounds like Christopher Eccleston. Then there's the two NPC's next to that cafe where the bard is and the voices are swapped. I'm starting to think they do this on purpose.

What, for some social purpose?

If so, its another backfiring thing, because trans and such doesn't work that way.

Yes. It was pretty jarring to talk to a male turian and be treated to a distinctly female voice. Hopefully this gets fixed soon.

As for your question, this turian I'm talking about is near the wreckage on Havarl, if memory serves.

definitely not Kesh.. I think it was a Krogan in Elaaden, but I must check.. I travel between planets in my last play session, so I can't remember.

Angaran's don't have similar gender system as I do I believe, for example they have more than 2 pronouns based on one's discussion with Asari. So I think the Angaran's are likely purposedly like that.

I wonder if anyone can list distinct and pretty objective flaws of the angarans that go beyond the counting of one hand.
