I just think including other Arks is a plot device because it saves them the effort of creating new Andromeda species. People are fixated on Quarian but they also mentioned Hanar, Volus, Elcor...etc. Everyone has an ark. I would not be surprised if they tell us there is a Geth Ark. I really was hoping Andromeda would be a completely new galaxy, but they are intent on including as much Milky Way content as possible. A few times here and there and it can appeal to our nostalgia, but now it seems lazy. The only way seeing Quarians again would appeal to me is if they are not faceless.

Hmmm... Just a completely mad idea..
The Quarian do not want to have contact (for now). What is the thing that's the biggest thread for a Quarian that is connected with contact? Infection. And when can they be infected by contact? If they are not in their protective suits.
The Quarian are traveling to Andromeda with the obvious reason to colonize and find places to live. That means they must build resistance against infections, otherwise the journey has little or no practical reason. I mean - If they want to stay on their ships, they can also travel to space outside mass relay range, and live for ever happy. No - they must have the intention to colonize a suitable planet.
Now - suppose they use a part of the long journey to slowly adapt (by exposure to germs and build resistance) to ultimately live without their protective suits (we know they where doing that if their home world would become accessible in ME3, so it's not unheard of). They are not yet there, but almost. For now they have to avoid any contact until they have fully adapted. So - contact later? Quarian without their protective suits?
As I said - just some mad (and probably stupid) ideas. But not completely impossible.

I think it would be interesting if a Reaper was following the arks being that they come from dark space and maybe got caught in the scourge so then we could explore it as a derelict briefly and find out more of what happened in the Milky Way. It really annoys me that the people that traveled to Andromeda don't know what happened. It would be interesting at some point, when everything in Andromeda has settled a bit and technology is advanced even further for them to send a ship back to the Milky Way to see what's left. Maybe make an ultra mass relay o_o.
I would prefer to see Leviathans made it to Andromeda way before initiative species even existed because I loved and wanted to see more of them, more interesting than what the protheans turned out to be.
I feel like the Quarians would've had to see the beginning of the Reaper invasion and decided to just leave ASAP.
I hope at least one Geth is smuggled by some crazy quarian for continued research.
Maybe the Geth are the ones that followed and now have minds of their own after reconfiguration for 600 years. I believe it was said that Geth technology was used to figure out exactly what planets were habitable ahead of time for Andromeda or something, I forget. They were mentioned as having ships on the outside of the MW or something. I just want to see them again. Legion convos were underrated in ME2 because he was the last companion and no one paid attention.
*sigh* I just miss the original trilogy.

The geth moved and turned like 3 mass relays into FTL telescopes to look at andromeda. The geth might already be in andromeda since they were so interested in researching it. I hope they are.. 🙄😍

Ships can't be tracked in FTL and can't be attacked in FTL last time I checked the lore. The Reapers could be there waiting, but they couldn't intercept mid flight. Ever seen star treck? Big boy enterprise intercepted little enterprise whilst FTL. And those ships aren't as advanced as ships that can destroy entire galaxies. 🙄

If we are lucky the Quark (thats what I am calling the QUarian ARK now) encountered a new villain that is not in love with the sound of his own voice.

I was under the impression that the Arks left during the events of ME2. I'm assuming the threat to the Quarian ark is either a Kett trap, some kind of incident with the Jardaan, or an encounter with a new threat (new species?). I'll be very surprised if the Quarian ark sub-plot isn't the first DLC. I'll be just as surprised if it doesn't come with a Quarian squadmate, that would be a missed opportunity. If The Quarian ark found the Jardaan people those are the ones that built the remnant tech and things their last words was we will return again some day!
