Anybody bought the Andromeda Initiative Hoody or T-shirt from the BioWare store?

I've only got N7 gear.

Everything seems medium quality, logo on mugs wears off over time for exanple but it takes some effort to really wear stuff out.

Small shirts can be big in the chest or long in the torso but good fits. You wont get a large shirt with a medium size tag.

OKay quality but dreadful customer support. Sizing is really iffy. I got the Andromeda hoodie in large and not only was it looser than the other large hoodies I've got from the store, but it goes down to mid-thigh on me (I'm tall, so it must look like a dress on a shorter guy).

Case in point: people who preordered with standard shipping had it overnighted to them, whereas those of us who paid extra for fast shipping didn't even have it get sent until a week after release. They basically shrugged this off in the emails many of us sent to customer support asking about this.

Additionally, they don't even do the basic standards of customer service from the online retail industry. Between when most of us had preordered and the release date of the hoodies, they dropped the price of them. At Amazon, or anywhere else, preorders would automatically get that lower price because we had already ordered the item. Not so at ThinkGeek's BioWare store (I assume the same goes for their other developer stores too).

I wish EA would run the BW store directly, like BioWare used to.

Ugh, what an outdated fucking mindset lol. It's not the 80's, dude. Gamers aren't all considered loser basement dweller's these days. You'd know that if you actually DID leave the house hahaha.

I do have the ladies Initiative long hoody and it's just georgous. Very good and smooth material, feels very comfy. And looks rly great! I love it. Was very happy that I preordered that

North-American clothing is for short fat people, so if you're European height and size you'll never get a good fit. This is my experience with the BioWare Store.
