Because what is better then 4 shot Vanquisher? You guessed it, 9 shot vanquisher.

I find the default duration to be plenty, so I like getting the power back to use more often. I take recharge.

The decision between damage or accuracy had me pondering what to do. I tend to use the Reverent, and I see lots of bullets missing. I ended up opting for damage, but I will respect at some point to see if that accuracy bonus is actually better.

A tip for those that may not know - turbocharge will automatically fill you ammo clip. So, for bosses and whatnot, I will exhaust most of the clip, then turbocharge for an immediate extra clip of ammo.

Build it around the weapon you will be using. Any class with turbo charge should actually be completely designed around a specific weapon. Revenant, Piranha, or Vanquisher types preferably.

With a widow or isharay duration, damage, clip size. For rapid fire guns recharge and rate of fire could be better.

Or, if you activated it with ammo in your clip and then had to reload (or had extra duration and reloaded twice) it can be lost ammo.
