If you're like me and finished the final mission on level 40 something, chances are that there are a number of your followers who you haven't leveled all their level 6 skills. If you take this game as a starting point for a NEW+ game, those unfinished level 6 skills will be locked again, so you end up with the frustrating situation where you are tons of skill points for your followers you can't spend until you do their loyalty missions again.
So my advice, keep playing after the ending in at least one play through and level all your companions completely, and use this game as the basis of any further plus playthroughs.
Also, if you like using Peebee's remnant vi in your plus game, don't respec you will loose it if you haven't completed her loyalty mission in the plus playthrough.

The end of my first playthrough (the final mission) I was level 68 with my squadmates completely leveled up. There is, at this point, no reason to play after the final mission and since most conversations are almost exactly the same no matter what dialog option you choose, there's almost no reason to go through another playthrough.

In a new game you'll likely go up a few more levels before you even encounter your first recruit, so unless you left some missions aside for later you'd might as well start over right there.

Did a lot of rolling around in the nomad? I'm 62 and only have a the standard 'scan all kett scanners' tasks left. Which I don't see a lot of reason to do.

I have most of the Tasks left. If they didn't give me nav points, I didn't bother with them. But, I did do everything else (except scan systems that you never end up going to, got so sick of that before the patch, that I couldn't be bothered with it after the patch).

I finished at lvl61. Only then did I go for NG+. Then again, I was lvl61 as a result of the final mission, because I did everything prior.

So once the game ends, do all the planets change? Cam you travel to Eos and see green everywhere? Just curious. don't own the game.

I haven't even finished my first play through and I'm currently a level 98. Guessing there's no reason to do anything else after the main game before I go into a new one?

Why, the same reason for playing before the final mission: the hope that the game will eventually get better.

In the ending cinematics you see August Bradley wandering around Pedromos with all these flowers popping up and everything changing, but then when you go back, it's a barren waste of a desert all over again.

So what excactly is a NG+, I got stuck with the nexus bug. Do I play all again with my skills like lvl 70+? You start a NG with the save you made but you can make a different character or keep the one you have. You keep all skills (can respec for 20 credits first time in NG+). It's just the whole game all over but now you are level whatever you were (70+ for you) with upgrades to Nomad kept, credits kept, skill points kept, and other things as well. Totally worth it to not have to do all that again. Though I will say that if you want more mats from mining whatever you have left in your previous game (after beating final boss) is probably worth it.

Yeah that's annoying. I'd like to see if they ever correct that, though I doubt it.
