I was running the Infiltrator Profile on my first playthrough, and at one point, I decided to go for the Long Jump achievement. I looked up a video on YouTube on how to do it, then tried it myself, but could not get the distance needed. I looked up another video with a different location and tried again there. Still nothing. I said, "Screw it" and decided to try again when the achievement wasn't glitched or something.
A few days ago, I was working on my Insanity Adept (which seems to have been a bad choice in and of itself, but that's a tangent for another time),and after throwing myself at the second monolith on Eos and failing yet again, I tried the Long Jump again. This time, it popped on the first try. Not only that, but I noticed that I got more distance with the Biotic Evade than I did with the Cloaked Evade. I don't know if this is intended to balance out the Cloaking effect, or if it's a Bug, but it seems like you can't get the Long Jump achievement with the Infiltrator Profile. Since I found nothing on this when I Googled the problem initially, I figured that I'd post something here so there's something somewhere saying what the problem is.

Which is a fucking discrimination, because Infiltrators are the Master Race.

biotic evades are longer than standard evades. Ah. Annoying how that's not stated anywhere in the game, but I'm not really surprised.

biotic evades are longer than standard evades. Maybe. Still, you don't need it, since I completed this achievement on Sentinel profile.

Weird, as I recall this was one of the earliest achievements I unlocked...during the 1st mission. Must have been a glitch.

First, to be clear, I only mentioned the Infiltrator and nothing else because that's the only Profile that I can confirm has the problem.
Second, if I'm remembering correctly, there are basically 3 types of Evades:
1. Biotic. Used by Vanguard, Adept, and Explorer.
2. Standard Jump Jets. Used by Soldier, Engineer, and Sentinel.
3. Unique. Exclusive to the Infiltrator.
It may be that the Infiltrator actually has an even shorter dodge than even the normal Jump Jets, to balance out the fact that it gets the cloak effect. And since the Infiltrator is the only Profile with a unique non-Biotic evade, it would be the only one affected.
Of course, this is just pulling ideas off the top of my head;I don't know if this is actually the case.
