This is a game breaking bug when paired with a Vanquisher (and I would expect a couple other weapons also).
Now we are coming down to semantics and terminology, I don't consider it a bug when the default game allows it to happen. Bioware needs to patch this asap. There are probably more game breaking bugs waiting to be discovered also.
The gameplay in that video is certainly excellent. Not surprising considering the quality of his ME3 videos.

I think op is getting at the fact that sirian doesnt acknowledge the use of this glitch at all in the video, title or description. Usually its good practice to note any glitches or bugs you utilise in the speedrunning community.
