Mystery Initiative Avenger Rifle Variant?

Devs said they are considering to put it in the game later. However no promises from what they said.

It was a prop early in development, that was all.

Also it will be added, yes they haven't promised....but I guarantee you it will be coming.

Maybe in MP or Insanity SP runs, but I always use weapons that have a great feel, are fun to use, and look good in a single player campaign. 

I guess they have a difficulty to decide whether they should add it as 4.99$ DLC or give it for free in attempt to clear some karma. So they considering... but not promising.

It's a bit premature to criticize them for something that hasn't happened yet. 

To be fair they have a history with weapons DLC, so it's not like it's something they wouldn't do. 

Not suggesting that it'd be a single weapon only nor did I say it'd be cosmetic, just that they've released weapons packs before so it's not crazy to think they'd do it again.

Though if you want an example of cosmetic, they've released multiple armor packs for both players and NPCs that do next to nothing stat wise...so cosmetic DLC is something they dabble in.

Agreed myself. Male Ryder has a background in the Alliance Military, so I play like my character is still using his military training. That means using standard issue armaments instead of the fancy smancy weapons. Though Bioware did make the Revenant into a pretty awesome rifle this time around.

The game may still be incredibly fresh out the gate but I'm still anxiously awaiting the first new weapon packs, and here's hoping this missing rifle is in it.
