Given that there are no formal plans in the pipeline for any official ME2 & 3 and Dragon Age re-master/re-releases this is good news for the prospect of further Xbox One ports by Microsoft as EA will surely not road-block Microsoft's efforts to bring the remaining titles to the console as Take Two did with the BioShock games prior to announcing their BioShock remasters.

ME1 is available in the xbox live store for the xbox one,
but it's framerate drops are party even heavier than in the original version.
i looked up some comparison vids on youtube and it's close to unplayable and
definitely not worth the money.

I have played ME1 on the Xbox One multiple times now, and have never had a single issue. Don't know what you're talking about.

I'd only care about the original ME remaster. I wouldn't go through the ME3 disappointment BUT NOW IN ULTRA HD.

Sadly, this might be a false recollection as others have been asking for proof. themikefest 's been replaying and doesn't ever recall this scene. The closest possible scene that was mentioned, i believe, was the one with the Asari counselor after Thessia.

Unplayable to me is sub-10 fps and if you are getting that on XB1 when running ME1 then that's not normal. Yes there are dips but if you consider 20-25 fps av. "unplayable" then I'm not sure buying an Xbox One was a good idea.

Definitely not normal. I've played it on Xone fine myself. Not sure what that is.

I prefer the PC version, but Xbox wasn't so bad that I had to avoid it.

Their decision ...really boggles the mind.
J really don't get it.
To me, I.don't think it is a money issue.
Maybe it's an issue of not wanting to rerelease content that was extremely controversial.ME3 all over would be like opening an old wound.

Anyway,I would have loved to see a remaster only for the DLC sake. Alas...
