I hope they introduce a new Turian. My other turians are at level 20 and I'd like a new kit to play and rank up.

It was a bug which locked you in the room youd just cleared and wouldnt allow you to progress unless the host left to restart the wave (a key is supposed to drop but it didnt). There was no guarentee it wouldnt happen again after the restart. Also it could happen at any time, even right at the end of a 20 minute run. Bioware went on holiday after the update that introduced it and it wasnt fixed for about a month? (A good few weeks at least). Instead we had BWEAmelia posting memes on bsn and calling people rabble rousers who complained, i lost my shit and got permabanned from the forums, then it got fixed but a large portion of the playerbase had already left by then. Didn't it take a while before they acknowledged it? They introduced the bug around December 20th, it got completely fixed in April... They only got serious about MP from that point on and it became a great game afterward. Too bad 90% of players already quit the game by that time... Since Billy Buskell is involved in MEAMP, I'm sure they won't repeat the same mistakes as with DAIMP. He was one of the 3 stooges that saved what remained of DAIMP.

They only got serious about MP from that point on and it [DAIMP] became a great game afterward. I roll to disbelieve. Sorry, I enjoyed it. As far as I know, it's not a crime DAIMP ended with a lot of diversity. You could build your characters in a lot of different ways, the 4 skills helped a lot, and this allowed you to play the same character in multiple ways, much more than you can right now in MEAMP. "Evolutions" were better than just "10% recharge speed" or "20% bonus damage". Although I will admit that by the time they fixed the key bug, I had a lot more promotions so it did change the perspective a lot...

Too bad 90% of players already quit the game by that time... Since Billy Buskell is involved in MEAMP, I'm sure they won't repeat the same mistakes as with DAIMP. He was one of the 3 stooges that saved what remained of DAIMP. Definately wasnt that long... it was a long time but not 5 months long. It took 3 patches to fix it completely, but the only official mention is in Patch 4 on January 19. Other "fixes" went undocumented as "quick fix" in-between the large patches. The first attempt at fixing it took 5 weeks and it solved 80% of the cases. They then try to fix it again by fixing the cloaked enemies not dropping the key, but there was still 5% of games that wouldn't drop the key. It required a third and final patch to squash it. I have April burned into my memory since I wasn't happy about it taking so long... I could be wrong of course, memories are fickle sometimes, but I'm pretty sure I'm right.
