Given the arrival of Easter, I would say next week earliest. Hopefully they mention more about it during the live stream:

Having said that, I would be pleasantly surprised if it got released in the next day or two (with mouth watering fixes and changes), as a sort of Easter gift.

Is this what I think it is and the special delivery objective will return?

Surprise patch on Friday sounds cool. Buffs and balancing are awesome as usual. Would like some additional bug and stability fixing as well. Especially in reguard to crashes.

Hated the escort objective in ME3MP. Basically it was reduced to Cobra Missile spamming all the way to the endpoint in Gold/Platinum cuz the entire enemy force would concentrate on that spot non-stop.

Which patch was that in ME3 again? If I remember correctly it had something to do with the Geth Infiltrator and the Piranha.

There's always the possibility but it would be like the odds of a miracle. I always like to hope for the best (today/tomorrow) and prepare for the worst (never).

I expect they may announce the release date of the next patch during the stream or at least provide more details about upcoming changes and additions besides the new retrieval objective.

Thank you for the small recap. Really sounds like that issue was handled in a very poor manner. Hopefully we are lucky and things like that wont happen again. After all they are already trying to fix issues. Like the crashes for example.

About a month just to acknowledge and another month to partially fix it IIRC. It returned back from time to time but not on the original scale.
