Nice insight on the shield boost / weapon buff synergy.
Yes it's funny how resistant Bioware is to making pets powerful.
Ammo boxes have Condoresque resupply rates.

You went three spins around the map and still no resupply. At least we have the little blue status bars now.

Watched it. Nice video, came to basically the same conclusion.. except I went Vanquisher instead of Hurricane.. bc I use the Hurricane on several other kits and the Vanquisher on very few. I'm not using my Valiant 1.. because it's awful.

You used the word "commence". I approve.
With passive abilities such as Weapon Boost MEA has more synergy for co-op team play than a lot of players give it credit for; a team sticking together can get some massive boosts to survivability and DPS, beyond what you'd expect simply from pure co-operation. The problem is that MEA doesn't communicate such benefits to the players in any way. You can neither trust that such abilities work as advertised nor can you easily tell when you're being affected by boosts other players provide (and the same is also true of debuffs affecting enemies). If this wasn't the case I'd expect a lot more co-operation and a lot less individual ramboing in the battlefield. A missed opportunity, sadly.

Thanks for the guide, very informative as always.
Which power booster do I have to use to maximize the trip-mine damage, is it combat-power, or tech-power?
Thanks in advance!

Interesting guide, Mr. Stardusk/Goat-'lover'/TheÜberS.O.B. (what's your affection for certain Dutch slang anyway?).
I am struggling with getting the Insurgent to level 20 at the moment, and your insight is really helpful in trying to find my own way to how to play this guy properly. It doesn't seem as easily accessible as the Asari Adept, or an Infiltrator, and I still don't feel comfortable with it enough to try him out on Gold.
So thanks!

It is a real shame that there are not too many way to build him. The turret being (almost) useless is a virtual precondition for this. With regards to accessibility, the fact that he is primarily a support character can make him more difficult to play than things that are more intuitive such as an Inflitrator. The same would apply to the Salarian Operator.
