PSA to all the new players

Agreed as long as they aren't pulling enemies into an upload so that we have no chance to clear the wave, I don't care how low level someone is because guess what? We all were (or still are) low level players at one point. If everyone hated them/voted to kick them, there would be no one left to play.

PUGing gold on PC in ME:A is much like ME:3 MP. When you lobby up, you have a quick second to evaluate the other players, and then decide whether you can carry them or not. This is all your decision, and there will be lots of noobs that could create potential problems. (Ever run 3 noob Infiltrators with your Kroguard? All enemy damage goes to the only visible team member.) If I decide to join, I try to stay close to the noobs and revive them when they go down. I don't believe in karma, but I like to think that they will try to revive me when I go down.

The decision making process is the key; I look at their experience, character level, weapons, and boosters (if any), and try to determine if there is a chance for the team overall to get through 7 waves. In the old ME:3 forums there were many threads about the art of evaluating teams when PUGing. It hasn't changed in ME:A, although I seem to be running more solos now... (sigh)
