PSA to all the new players

These come up so much I wonder if they aren't like bots or something..  Like they look fake as hell.  I remember not too long ago seeing a lobby of lvl1 male soldiers, zero to double digit apex, base color waiting to play a random random gold...

Wat?  Every time I see this, I feel like I'm having a stroke.

i usually harbor no bad feelings about this. i just assume they're unfamiliar with the multiplayer aspect of the game, and they're the type of person that like to play games on Very Hard or Insane right from the beginning.

Yep. These days I do a quick inspection, and if I see anything that's looking lacking (hehe to me) I check with my spidey sense which usually confirm "let's tip the f*** out da door."

Don't play Gold so can't speak from experience there, though I imagine it'd be somewhat annoying considering weapon damage and the increase in enemy durability. On Silver though? Most low Apex/low rank gear players I've seen seem to play defensively and do their best to complete objectives. Good enough in my books, so I don't mind playing in lobbies with them.

The advice of playing on Bronze until better gear is obtained is good though, the Charger is a great common weapon that's definitely Silver viable at mid to high ranks. Having the human character cards at V or above also gives them plenty of points to use even at level 1. If the person's coming from SP they'll at least have some experience with the mob types.

Only join gold lobbies with level 1 kits. Got it.

Or you could just carry them.

Most of these people probably play single player on insanity and think they're fine on multiplayer.
