I quite like the changes they made. Now you can spend 250 mission funds to increase your effectiveness by 20, whereas before you'd have to spend 300 to increase it by 10. That's an example of a positive change. Now if they apply this same sort of mentality to the stuff that actually matters, then the world would become a much brighter place.

Luckily, I've only bought one thing for my teams. I had been saving my MF for stuff in the store. I always thought the prices seemed a little steep. |

I think of it like Dice.
Your weapon can have an 18-20 crit chance on a D20, or you can get a feat to make it 15-20.
Sure you may not always roll that high, but you increase your odds.

I haven't bought any of the equipment and just have three teams and have picked up all the gear so far and still have plenty of MF. While this is nice and all, it wasn't of any pressing concern like all the bugs and glitches the game has. Further there's not any real point to MF after getting the gear, unless something changes which would be good.

Wasn't my intention to phrase it as if to say i'm rich i got 500 mf. Just wondering why equipment matters when you can retry a mission after failure and even after getting the mf you want there's nothing on which to spend it. |
