The Kett enemy with the orb can sync kill you (I forget what he's called). Are there others than anyone has discovered?

Yeah, sync-kill is the term I've heard/used. As in "synchronous", in unison. You and the enemy are "in sync" for the animation and you can't do anything about it. Your teammates can save you, but without proper squad commands... good luck.

And Suvi, the threads you followed led you here to me. How could that have been a mistake?
Of everything I've encountered in Heleus, you, are by far, my favourite.

I don't know if they can, but I do know that one of the little flying ones that the assemblers create will grab you and grind on your face with its exposed gearing. I've never been able to let it do it to see what happens because a companion will always destroy it before it can do any serious damage.

I had kind of assumed they would. I always stay far away, but was wondering if anyone else could confirm it.

I find it actually better to not save the squadmate or better that your squadmate does not save you because even if the enemy grabbing you is killed, once the animation starts to roll... chances are I am stuck in limbo, cant do a thing except Alt-F4. If a squadmate is grabbed and I kill the enemy, they get stuck in dead mode and haunts me...

About that one hit kill, I would say that things are unabalanced especially in multiplayer, ketts have 2 ennemies that can kill you in one hit and there is no way to come back or to be revive by your partners. Where at least the hydra allows you a come back.
