You definitely can sue for fraud, and you can win. However, a class action lawsuit seems more likely to have success. I have been waiting for class action in the video game world. Biower, you may dun fukd up. :lmfao: You're cute.

Am I getting something wrong here, or is the problem really that you get consumables instead of an uncommon item in about 1/10 advanced packs (when you would get a rare item otherwise)? Cry me a river. Advanced packs seem to have a much higher chance of Rares than Expert packs have for Ultra Rares EDIT: Perhaps not. An artifact of being able to see more Advanced packs than Expert packs at once, and not used to buying Advanced packs. btw, you can get a lot of respect cards from Advanced packs

Firstly, one has to get used to the idea of opening packs and getting 5 blue cards. 80-90% of your packs will be like these once you've max everything but Ultra Rares.
Secondly, since you can and sometimes will get Uncommons out of Basic Packs and Rares out of Advanced Packs, one can argue that building a Manifest from bottom-up is supposedly more efficient than top-down. Yet, the notion that 5-blue-card Packs are going to be most packs you open in this game anyway simply dilutes the whole idea of efficiency.
Now I too have built my Common/Uncommon/Rare manifest in a weird, partially top-down fashion, going for the Premium Packs as early as possible, taking all my chances in getting Ultra Rares from the get-go. Buying Basic Packs only when I had no money left for anything else, maxing my Commons just before my Rares and my Rares way before my Uncommons. I opened my share of 'empty' Advanced Packs even when I still had 60+ Uncommons left; this is true, and this will happen if you dare to Max your Rares before your Uncommons. Do I regret it? At one point I did. Opening up 'empty' 20k packs does suck, but once you start opening 'empty' 50/100k packs that doesn't really bother you anymore.

Why anyone who has played enough to have rares done already didn't go ahead and spend 1/8th of that to get their uncommons done is beyond me.
The characters are worth it...

Damn, that sucks. Before I quit playing I maxed all my commons and mostly uncommons out(Still need all the uncommon mods). Good thing I didn't get expert pack first.

And we didn't even get DLCs with additional weapons, mods and characters yet. Just prepare yourself for buying 20 boxes and none of them containing any of the new items, but only getting ammo.

Advanced packs seem to have a much higher chance of Rares than Expert packs have for Ultra Rares That would be unsurprising. Indeed, my thought as well, though looks like spoke too soon. After buying more Advanced packs the drop rate has trended downward. 1) Seeing more of them than Expert and 2) not usually buying them means a lucky streak will stand out. Though not the first time a company implemented luck correction, as it were - see Blizzard's legendary drops. It's a way to hook gamblers as well; have them win a few times and they start to think anything is possible.

well my last 8 advanced packs gave me 6 uncommon cards for weapons 9 rare cards for boosters 8 uncommon cards for boosters and 8 common boosters along with at least 2 of the ops/rpg/rev/ammo cards in each pack (a couple of them had all 4 of them and nothing else in
noteworthy hear I don't have uncommons or rares maxed, hell I don't even have all of them unlocked and i'm still not getting items in every pack ...
because the store trolls you like a beast when you have gear you need /

I won't touch the raptor with a 10 foot pole just for the sake of it having a scope. Not everybody plays the one you do.
