So I persisted with maxing out my uncommons even though the weapons are trash because I assumed that the weapon mods would start to drop after everything else was at X but nope just 5 blue cards in advanced packs even though there are uncommon mods left.
Is this intended or what because it seems pretty dumb?!

It's in line with everything else they've done with this multiplayer. They love to troll the players at every turn. It's genius. There's no way this was accidental or unintentional, as Fortack pointed out.

this is intended. once you get all rares to X, premium packs also drop mostly 5/5 consumables.

I found that about one in every five advanced packs contained only consumables, after I had maxed everything except uncommon mods.

Is this intended or what because it seems pretty dumb?! You do know there are common, uncommon, rare, and ultra rare consumables right? Aside from that, the packs system is pretty wonky. Like today I got 1 rare and 2 uncommon mods within a expert pack, the two uncommon being mods that i was missing and needed. If I were you I would just move on to the expert packs. Don;t bother with the premiums. From my experience I've gotten nothing but rare duplicates. Ive gotten more ultra rares from expert packs than premiums which i got a grand total of 1 ultra out of all the packs I bought. |

Uncommon Weapon Mods don't drop until you've maxed out every other Uncommon. Even then, I didn't get any until I started buying Expert Packs.

Mods were the last uncommons to drop for me, but at least they were where they were supposed to be, advanced packs
