Order of skills in the skill screen

I noticed in a let's play of the human adept that the order of skills in the skills screen was:

Singularity
Pull
Shockwave
Offensive Biotics
Barrier

In my own screen the top two are reversed, i.e.,

Pull
Singularity
Shockwave
Offensive Biotics
Barrier

I'm curious as to why there is this difference? As far as I can see, in the gameplay, the order of the skills is the same as mine.
