Does Tech tree Auxiliary Systems 4B (100% priming) allow Overload to prime?

I thought it only detonated..says so in the description. Will have to check.

Yeah, Overload has a brief moment (when the target is covered by the electrical effect) that it primes for a tech combo. But, it's like, 1 or 2 seconds max.

To the OP: That evolution affects consumable ammo, powers like cryo beam that don't instantly prime, etc. I THINK the burning damage of Incinerate (if you spec it's initial damage to be a detonator) doesn't quite instantly prime, so it may be affected by this passive as well. I like it quite a bit, at least towards later in the game. I tend to have a 2nd profile with cryo beam to help deal with the bigger armored beasts, and CB can have like a -100% armor defense debuff.
