The spawn rate of fetch tasks needs at least to be doubled or even trippled. During the end of my 100h playthorugh I still had 13 of those open and didn't bother doing them because driving from camp to camp while 80% of the time none of those objectives spawn is nothing but boring. It's sad because the few I did get lucky to find enough objectives for actually have significant storys to them.
And the Gone Dark task on Vould is still bugged, bugs are not scannable.

The problem is probably that the items for those quests are randomly generated in different locations for each playthrough. I am yet to figure out if those locations are set in stone the first time you land on the planet or they shuffle again every time you load the map. So far I believe they are generated once and then don't change. I suspect that they may not spawn properly. In my first run (before patch 1.05 though) I drove around Voeld for hours, visited each kett camp multiple times and still didn't find the items to finish two of the quests. In my third playthrough I had the luck to finish all of those quests on Voeld simply because the spawned items came one after the other in every single kett camp I passed while driving to other quest objectives.
You can still complete the "Gone Dark" quest, even if some bugs can't be scanned. You just have to find the ones you can scan. I did it yesterday and had two locations where the bugs were glitched, but then found other spots with no glitches and finished the quest. So there are probably more spawned items than the minmium required to finish the quest.

The problem is probably that the items for those quests are randomly generated in different locations for each playthrough. They are randomly generated in general, not bound to a playthrough. I had 2 items spawn at the same location. I scanned it, drove away came back 2min later and there was the second one. Also with an unscannable had resistance bug I tried saving and reloading - upon reloading it was just gone. EDIT: How it seems to me is that when you get in range of a camp (when a shuttle drops enemies) there is a chance that an item will spawn at that camp. But this chance is just incredibly low. Or it could always be bugged out of course.
