People still find a way to hold it against them. smh It proves to me that they're not really aware what's happening with their own product OR it might just be a PR stunt. They don't know what the problems with their own game is? Nobody at Bioware/EA play this game? The problems stick out like a sore thumb, you don't need to survey people. |

I think I would've liked to participate in that survey. It's a shame it wasn't sent to more people playing MEA who have the appropriate "communication parameters" chosen in their privacy settings. I think it's a good sign that they're gathering data. This shows that they're serious about ongoing, perhaps significant, support for the game. I don't think I've ever gotten a survey of any kind from them for any game. But then, they REALLY don't want to her what I have to say...  |

Are those surveys only for US customers or something? Because this is not the first time I see survey being discussed, yet I have never received one. Considering how selective BW is in terms of whom to represent in their games, it will not surprise me if they sending surveys only to specific demographics to make results look better in front of EA execs. I'm in the US, but haven''t received a single thing ME:A-related since my (pre)purchase. A pity, because I actually would have liked to take some surveys and provide feedback on the game. Oh, well.  |

Having a list of problems and knowing how to prioritize them are not the same thing. And you can't get your priorities from forum chatter. The population on boards like this is completely different from the general player base. |

If they need a survey to figure out what to fix whey are truly f**king morons! Paints a picture of a disorganized, panicked ramble over at EA/BioWare. Bugs vary from platform to platform and some are random. The best way to know what is the biggest issue is feedback from us. |

Because their equipment will exhibit every single technical issue? Like, some bugs you encounter I may not be able to repeat, but multiply this scenario by a few thousand and you have a pattern. |
