We know Keelah Se'lai means "By the homeworld I hope to see one day."
My guess, Keelah Si'yah is probably something along the lines of hoping to find a new homeworld, like "One day we will find a new homeworld."

Might wanna get a thread about translating all these new Quarian words.
Like Esu se'lai, which probably is something about hoping to see someone in particular. A greeting of someone who isn't looking for a homeworld.

I assumed the same thing as you OP, that Keelah Si'yah means 'By the homeworld we hope to find' or something along those those lines, as they are trying to find a new a home in Andromeda. Or maybe something like 'By the homeworld we will never forget', signifying that they no longer plan to see their homeworld again, but to remember it as they move forward.
As for "Esu se'lai", I think it was a farewell, and probably means something like "I hope to see you again some day".
I hope when the quarian ark dlc comes, assuming it does eventually come, that we get exact translations and some more new phrases.

Sorry to be the bearer of bad news, but while you learned the ways of the Quarian lore, I was molded by it. Tali says Keelah se'lai, which is the old trilogy greeing, meaning "By the Homeworld I once hope/wish to see." This is how we know Esu se'lai is also a form of greeting. Since we also know that simply expressing Keelah (which has identical meaning as "My god..." would have for humans, in quite a few sentences) they say "By the Homeworld" This leaves "se'lai" as the part that says "I once hope/wish to see" Esu se'lai thus means something along the lines of hoping to see, and considering it's said by Darla vas Hyperion (Yeah, the name was the first thing I noticed, but allow me to shrug at the ambassador retcon), who lived with the Quarians as a kid, as "goodbye" it probably means (as was said) something along the lines "I hope to see you again" As for Keelah Si'yah, well. We already know the name of the Ark translates as something related to their Homeworld, Rannoch. Someone said that the probable meaning is "By the Homeworld we remember" though exact translation eludes us. Esu se'lai, Pathfinder.

That's also when she gives more details about her background.

Oooooh, that's why she had "Vas Hyperion" or whatever it was on her name. I got confused for a second but didn't think to ask her about it at the time.

I literally rose up in my chair when I heard the "vas Hyperion." Like, "THAT'S A QUARIAN NAME, WHAT IS THE MATTER WITH YOU, EXPLAIN YOURSELF"
The ambassador thing is... I don't know. Did humanity pull the position before Tali's trial? With Shepard invited as her Captain (she did become vas Normandy, after all) it would make sense they would also have a human ambassador there, because suddenly the trial includes a human.

I'm pretty sure there's been no quarian ambassador since the Council refused to help the quarians take back Rannoch from the geth. That is, 300 years prior to the OT. As far as Tali's name goes, that was forced on her by the Admirals as a way of saying she was about to be exiled. She kept it as a sort of "fuck you" to them, regardless of what her ship was going forward.

Except three hundred years is around the second half of the 19th century, thirty years or thereabouts before we invented aircraft. Humanity found the Relay in 2148 or something. And no, they talk about the human ambassador to the Migrant Fleet.
