I think it just means the games were separately budgeted. i.e. resources were not 'taken' from MEA to give to Anthem. Hence being made at Montreal. I also think he is saying "well, you're not wrong." |

Those aren't normal shaped legs so even if they are "being carried" they still need to know how to stand/move in them, especially when under fire. Well if they know how to fly in them, they likely know how to move too. I'm fairly sure that such advanced mecha suits would've been designed to be stable as well as agile. Those double-jointed legs seem to be mostly to cushion all those jumps and hard landings, make running faster, perhaps make the humans taller and therefore more intimidating. |
