Not the NPC who gave the quest or the one preparing the suit, it seems, so...
Basically there are hubs with NPC's that give you a sense of a story, and then every mission you play you do with other freelancers (other real life people)

Yes, I want to see more of that. I'm suspecting we'll see a lot of the single player story play out (In terms of character drama) in this "Fort Tarsus". I want to see more of this place. I hope it's interesting and fleshed out, not just a glorified lobby.

I hope this "something different" doesn't mean that they're abandoning the story telling aspect of the game when rich story telling is literally their motto.

I wouldn't necessarily bet on those being present in a decent way in Anthem, but those aren't necessarily shown In the first trailers. If they are present; they'll show them later. The trailer was more about showcasing the graphics and a little of gameplay.

Anthem looked great and I'll definitely buy it, but... It doesn't look like a BioWare game to me. I HOPE we get to customise our characters, interact with NPCs, be able to pick from different dialogue options.
