What is health regeneration relate to? We don't regenerate health in this game unless we go to our camps etc. Once we take damage our health bar remains the same during gameplay. Like for remnant armor, what are all the health regen stats for. I'm a little confused.

Uhm... your health does regenerate to some point in the 30-40% area (don't remember exactly). Some skills raise that limit, and there are skills and items that shorten the delay or speed up the regeneration.

Any skill that adds a % to "health regeneration cap" adds to the total health you can recover. Some tech abilities even increase your health regen rate by 200%.

100 hours playing and I hadn't noticed this, generally when my health gets low I'm focusing on getting away from what's killing me as fast as possible and not focusing that much on the vitals. So, looking for this, I saw health regen for the first time ever last night. Nice to know what that health regen cap means now - it had always confused me before.
