Could it be a strider? The same as the machine closest to the camera. The thumb looking part might be one of its legs that's lost the foot part.
Maybe something big and dangerous destroyed that strider caravan, or maybe it's some sort of strider scrapyard abandoned long ago? Whatever it is looks amazing.

BSN BioWare forums @bsnforums Regarding soloing missions in #AnthemGame. Is a mission with one Javelin balanced easier than a party of 4 (on the same difficulty setting)? Emily (aka Domino) Taylor pentapod I think you'll find there's plenty of other things to shoot! 😊 In fact, Scars are not the main enemy in the questline I worked on, and you don't even see them in over half my quests. But, we wouldn't want to spoil all the surprises in advance either! 😉 Feb 22nd!

So, one guy did the mocap Haluk and another did the voice. Is that normal?
In Anthem's case, Nick Tarabay did the mocap and voice. There is a separate 'face model' however. I think mocap is more likely to be done by the voice actor.

Edit: at this point, I'm guessing it is common place, but I've seen enough celebrities using their voice and likeness in a video game role lately that my brain tricked me into thinking that was the default.
