Hello
I put 5 bio charge booster into my level 10 Hurricane, so based on the description, each of these bio charge booster give you 5% recharge speed boost, therefore with 5 of these I should have 25% recharge speed boost. however, my recharge speed is not any faster than what they were before. is it because bio charge booster and bio damage booster will not stack?

Cause recharge speed and cooldown time are different things. Basically 100% recharge speed means your skill cools down 50% faster.
Final Cooldown= Base cooldown/(1+(recharge speed/100))
So as you can see by the formula above a bonus of 100% recharge speed translates to 50% faster cooldown.

Since the individual power cooldowns are called out and linked to specific augmentations, I'd assumed "recharge" must be linked to something else. Are we certain that it affects power cooldowns? I'd love some consensus on this.
Edit: To clarify, I'm guessing that recharge speed affects the actual rate at which the power "cools down", while power cooldown reductions shorten the set time (in seconds) by the cited amount. They work in tandem, but aren't the same thing. I've done no testing to validate this guess.
